We have been using QHR for years, and Grady and company have always done first rate work for us. They have always been professional, friendly, and have always done excellent work. They have done jobs ranging from door repair, stucco repair, to complete window replacement (18 windows). We have an old house that sometimes requires special knowledge, and Grady has that in spades! I recommend them without hesitation!

Absolute professionals. Excellent communication. Kept every promise. Job was to turn attached carport into a real garage. Concrete, electrical, carpentry, new vinyl siding and electric garage door under City of St Pete Code. Passed all inspections every time. Were there problems along the way? Of course...and Grady & Diane solved them all! I liked them, enjoyed working with them and the crew, and you will too.

Diane was fantastic at helping me understand the potential impact of my wood siding issues and how to tackle them. She took the time to explain typical old home (1927 in my case) construction methods, and how to approach the necessary repairs. I worked with QHR on two houses that my wife and I purchased that were in need of serious repair. One was a ninety year old bungalow, and one was a split level ranch from the 70's. Both projects came in on budget and were finished in the time that the Portellis promised. Hopefully we won't move again soon, but if we do, I know who we'll call to fix the next one.
