I am a travel physician and was driving from NYC to Atlanta instead of flying because of the COVID-19 pandemic and sincerely didn't see the speed limit and didn't know I was going 77/55 zone (22 mph over) past midnight. I was on my way home to New York from North Carolina after visiting my son. I got stopped in Dinwiddie, VA, doing 84 in a 70. Had a ticket for I believe 96 in a 70 last summer on I-295. I had no idea how serious this was until I did got home and did some research. I contacted this firm and they always answered my questions quickly throughout the whole process. I did most of what they recommended for me to do and was still a little nervous about the outcome since it was 26mph over the limit and very close to 100mph. The final result was my reckless driving charge being changed to an improper driving charge, which resulted in me having to pay a small fine to the commonwealth of Virginia.

It's not fun getting a ticket in Virginia - and never over 20mph (although I wasn't over the speed limit that much, I didn't know that reckless driving is a felony in VA!) By next day, you'll have about a dozen unsolicited requests for representation. Every lawyer living/breathing in that County will ask for your business - citing their ticket-clearing record.

I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the outcome of my case. Dan was the best! He got me out of my 2nd reckless driving ticket . My driving record was horrible! I was at -23 and really could not afford getting any type of ticket or else my license would have gotten suspended. If not by the judge then by the DMV . I picked up a serious speeding violation in Mecklenburg VA last month that carried some serious consequences. Virginia has some tough penalties! (Speeding is speeding folks so watch out...)
