Sullivan Physical Therapy
The goal of Sullivan Physical Therapy is to provide comprehensive care that encompasses strategies and interventions to promote and advance the health in people of all ages. Sullivan Physical Therapy offers physical therapists with advanced training in pelvic health who are specialized in evaluating and treating the low back, pelvis and pelvic floor region.

We have physical therapists who are certified in Women's Health Physical Therapy by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and who have received certificates of achievement in pelvic, pregnancy and postpartum physical therapy by the American Physical Therapy Association. Our clinic offers comfortable, private treatment rooms and a friendly, supportive staff.
Services
Sullivan Physical Therapy specializes in the treatment of pelvic, bowel, and bladder dysfunction. However, in treating our adult patients, it is not uncommon to hear that some of these issues began years or decades ago in the patient's childhood. Many children suffer from bladder issues such daytime and nighttime urine leakage (incontinence/enuresis), stool leakage (encopresis), or chronic constipation.
Sullivan Physical Therapy is a physical therapist owned practice with two purposes. Our first purpose is to our patients, which is to provide comprehensive care that encompasses strategies and interventions to promote and advance the health in women and men of all ages. Our second purpose is to provide the opportunity for any productive member to achieve the full extent of their career goals.
The practice of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy continues to grow. However, many patients do not have access to physical therapists who specialize in evaluating and treating these diagnoses. Sullivan Physical Therapy offers individualized treatment options for those patients who need to come from out of town for physical therapy.
Sullivan Physical Therapy offers a distance professional mentorship program that can be tailored to meet your individual needs. We realize each physical therapist is at a different point in their career and would be happy to establish a mentoring option that would best help you achieve your current goals.
Sullivan Physical Therapy offers opportunities for healthcare professionals to observe our physical therapists evaluate and treat pelvic health patients. During a typical day the visiting healthcare professional will observe eight patients for one hour treatment sessions. Available time for observation is from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.

My obgyn recommended Sullivan PT for my interstitial cystitis and at this point in my chronic illness journey I was trying anything & everything. 5 months later from my diagnoses, after a lot of therapy, testing, & elimination diets - I am mostly symptom free! I worked with Lauren Steele for a couple of months and she was just amazing, she validated my feelings, she was compassionate, always made sure I was comfortable with the therapy & most of all I always had fun talking with her, she is a god-tier physical therapist! I took the tools and knowledge she gave me & continue to do pelvic floor work

After giving birth I suffered from pelvic floor issues where I was in pain after standing up for 15 minutes. I tried some pelvic floor therapy at my hospital but was not feeling any better. A friend mentioned Sullivan Physical Therapy and I looked it up. My doctor gave me a referral and I was diagnosed and treated there for almost a year. The pain relief I felt after the first therapy was incredible. I'm very grateful to have found this place. The care received here was outstanding and I was able to learn a lot about my body. Pelvic floor injuries/conditions is a sensitive topic and one that is

Sullivan Physical Therapy, and more specifically my PT, Jenny, has quite literally changed my life. I am not sure I could ever adequately put into words how incredible Jenny has been or how grateful I am for everything she has helped me with, but I’ll give it a try.
I went through an extremely traumatic labor & delivery, resulting in an emergency c-section under general anesthesia followed immediately by a nearly 2 hour exploratory abdominal surgery. My daughter and I nearly did not make it through, however by the grace of God we are doing well today.
However, months after delivery I was still

Horrible experience. Started out ok, as Krista is pleasant, friendly and seems to know what she is doing, although after 4 months I showed no improvement. The problems started when Lauren sent me a bill for $150 more than I thought it should have been. Turns out they charge you $50 for each missed appointment. So, if you are feeling bad, as was the case once for me, or another appointment comes up, as was the case for me twice ( I am remodeling a house, and these days, if you miss a contractor, there is no telling when he will be back), be prepared to get charged. I let Krista know all 3 times

I couldn't be more thankful for the help I have received here, I was super worried and nervous about even trying pelvic floor therapy, but Jenny made it a welcoming and safe environment to freely talk about my concerns and fears. She is so open to talking about what is right for your care as an individual. The whole experience is more of a spa trip and less of a doctors visit, which helps ease your way through the whole process making it much easier to relax and truly focus on yourself and not everyday stresses. Its honestly something I never even knew existed or even was an option to help me get

It's hard to explain in a review how wonderful, unique, and special this place is. It has been an incredible journey. I have never experienced a place with so much empathy and compassion...ever. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. They were able to identify the issue and help me recover. I will never forget how they changed my life and they will always have my gratitude.

I am very pleased with the care I am receiving here. I always have the same physical therapist, so no time is wasted with different people getting familiar with my problem. Each session is in a private room, unlike your typical physical therapy center where privacy is established by moving a curtain around a table in a large room. I appreciate that I am able to get my exercises via email as well, so that I can see them performed. Appointment reminders are sent out days in advance. There's the opportunity to place a credit card on file to pay your co-pays to expedite leaving after your appointment
