I established Integrative Physical Therapy in 1996 as a way of melding multiple avenues of treatment. The intention was, and still is, to help people function more optimally and comfortably in their bodies and in their worlds. Life as a physical therapist, a Hellerwork practitioner, a Canadian-trained osteopath, and a human has led me to my unique view of each person's wholeness.
I base my treatment style on this model, integrating traditional physical therapy, movement reeducation, different modes of manual therapy and recognition of a mind-body connection into each treatment session. I am always enjoying adding exciting new tools to my toolbox.

Services
At Integrative Physical Therapy, we approach each patient with an osteopathic manual therapy philosophy, treating each patient as a whole. This approach aims to reduce and resolve strains, stresses and dysfunctions in all areas of the body. The goal is to assist the patient towards his or her original self-healing state.
Hellerwork is a powerful system of somatic education and structural bodywork, based on the inseparability of body, mind, and spirit. Following Ida Rolf's lineage of Structural Integration bodywork, Joseph Heller incorporated movement education and awareness and body-centered human development processes creating Hellerwork.
Distance healing is one of many novel ways of delivering care that are emerging. This can happen with the internet, or without it. We at IPT are opting to offer sessions that do not use the internet. These sessions are a great adjunct to in-office sessions and is a wonderful option for those interested in limiting their exposure to others.
I wanted to write this letter to thank you for providing such exceptional care for out family over the past few years. Throughout his first year, my son Jake suffered through multiple ear infections. He was requiring more serious and lengthy doses of antibiotics and finally his doctor suggested inserting tubes.
Typical Session are 60 minutes. Rates may vary depending on what services are provided. All payments are out of pocket. We will provide you with all the documentation needed to submit for reimbursement to your insurance, if applicable. However, out of Network coverage is yours to verify with your insurance provider.
