These people are ridiculous and not professional at all. Cancelled my reservation last minute. Even after confirming twice. Every time I talked to them they reassured me everything was fine. It's ridiculous. I'm not sure they're even a real limo company. It might just be a front. I'm still waiting for my refund. It's ridiculous.

I booked online, received a confirmation and they never showed up to pick us up. They claimed someone had "emailed and texted me for days" to cancel, but they absolutely did not. These people are unprofessional and unreliable. I would avoid using them at all costs. 99.9% sure they are an online credit card scam.

Paid $270 for a one hour ride from JFK to mid town as a present to my wife and daughter.
Things started off well as the driver gave me a friendly text 15 mins before pick up to confirm he was onsite. Unfortunately that was the only bright spot in this terrible experience.
The srifer then proceeded to repeatedly harass me over text despite me telling him at least 3 times that we were walking as quickly as possible through the airport.

My 12 year old daughter and I had a special weekend trip to NYC booked and were flying into Newark. I booked a car from NYC Limousine over 24 hours in advance, and received a confirmation that we were all set. When we landed in Newark after 12:30am, my phone lit up with a text from the company saying my ride would be late. 20 minutes later as we are walking to arrivals, I get another text that my ride had been canceled all together. Stay away from them! I ordered a pick up for my elderly mother and paid an additional $30 for the VIP pick up with the driver meeting her with a sign at the exits. Driver never showed up and my mother had the play phone tag with him to figure out where he was, despite him having all the flight details. The company at first said they would refund the $30 charge, then after repeated follow ups, ended up ghosting me.

I booked a car to pick us up from the airport to the city. They were 20 min late and made us walk in the rain to the car who met us outside. The driver almost got into an accident and screamed at us to be silent. He also rudely made my husband put our bags in the car. This is the WORST service I have ever received. I cancelled our return trip with them and they said "sorry" do not book with them

Booked a 24 passenger van for event a month in advance and night before they send a crappy email saying they can't honor the ride anymore and we have to make other arrangements. No call. No help. No willingness to find a way to get us to/from. A last minute cancellation leaving us stranded. Never book with them this company is a bunch of crooks. They should go out of business. Do not ever trust them.

I booked a van with this company and even though online it said it was available, a few hours later they said it wasn’t. They said they’d send two SUVs instead and to call if thats not okay. So I didn’t call because that was perfectly fine. Then an hour from my flight they said the upcharge for the SUVs is $400. The possibility of an upcharge never prefaced before via text or email or the confirmation. If that was the case they should’ve called me or told me immediately. In addition, they also would not match the price even though it was their mistake. Trust me and don’t book with them

There were 4 of us, 6 large cases and 4 hand luggage. So we booked a round-trip 6 person car for $280, that said it could take 6 cases, thinking 2 hand luggage could go on each spare seat, in the special requirements box at booking we explained we would be bringing 6 large cases and 4 hand luggage. Our booking was confirmed by them without any queries so we thought all was ok. We got to JFK to be met by our driver, first words out of his mouth were 'too many cases, you need two cars'. He then rang his company and we asked to speak to them to explain

My boyfriend and I had THE BEST time. Our driver Alex was absolutley wonderful. I could not have asked for a better experiance. He took pictures for us the whole evening and even shared some of his knowledge with us about the NYC nightlife. We were on a NYC Iconic Night Club tour and he made it the best.

On 12/03 took a $188 Mercedes from EWR to Manhatten during the drive the Mercedes broke an axel and the wheel came off while driving on the hwy . Car swerved an hit the side rail with the tire and hub shooting off into traffic . Avoid these folks if you want to get to your destination alive. The biggest dissatisfaction is that they have been very slow responding to my request for compensation and payment for the UBER that took us from the crash location to my eventual destination in Manhattan. I guess they would Prefered to be sued.

SCAM. My daughter and I were looking to take a cab from LaGuardia to Harlem/125th train station. Of course there were no cabs left and foolishly this guy from NYC Limo convinces us to use them and he's got a car sitting right next to the curb. We get into the car and the driver asks where we're going and he doesn't seem to know what I'm asking. Finally I tell him to take me to grand central terminal which he doesn't know either but manages to find it in his GPS. Customer service was so bad on my initial contact with the company, that I decided not to use them. The woman who answered my call was curt and dismissive, then hung up on me when I asked for her help navigating their website. Unhappy and nasty employees usually reflect a badly run company. I booked their services for a trip from the airport to our hotel downtown. Problem is that I doubled booked. I booked with NYC Limousine and another service. I didn't discover this until NYC Limousine contacted me to let me know they were at the airport waiting. That was when I was climbing into the limo of another company. I explained my situation.
Technically, they could have charged me. But in a matter of minutes I received notice that the agreement was cancelled and there would be no charges.
I'm impressed. Very nice way to do business.

I used NYC limo for my birthday and the easiest part was communication with the driver via text message.
I would just send him the next address and we were on our way!
Also, when it got late but my friends and I were still in the club, I was able to text the driver and request an hour long extension, no problem.
I will definitely use this company for my future limo needs!

Worst Limo experience ever ! I booked our limo where taking off from Miami and I received two confirmation email . On their website they ask you a bench of information like your flight departure time , arrival and flight number . Upon arrival we didn't find anybody waiting for us by the baggage claim area as planed . I call them and it took 15 minutes for them to locate my reservation . They told me they have sent an email to tell me they didn't have the limo and they can send me a regular car for the same price as the limo !!! And since I didn't respond to that email nobody&apos

I recently used this service to take me from The Intercontinental Times Square to JFK. This company offered the best all inclusive fare I could find. It was $176 including, tax, tolls, and gratuity. I ordered a 6 passenger limousine for two people and they sent a 10 passenger at not extra cost. They also offer discounts if you make your reservation on their website.

Cancelled on me 25 minutes before pickup. Not okay! Tried to blame it on me since I had 4 people on a previous ride when I booked an SUV- they assumed I had 4 people going back to the airport. No, just two. "Uh uh uh , your driver had car trouble, uh uh...."

I booked a car from this company, to pick up an important guest from Newark to Manhattan. I paid online using my credit card. Later, I was surprised that the driver has asked my guest to pay him in cash, which he did. It is such an embarrassment.
However, I had to call them many times and waited over two months before getting my money back.
