Booked a 3-hr limo ride for my son's birthday. We were left waiting outside on the street on a hot day because driver was 30-minutes late. Although he was apologetic for going to the wrong address and therefore being late, the company still charged us for the full three hours, saying that there is a three hour minimum charge (which is not disclosed on their website or in the rental terms and conditions. Even though the driver and David in customer service acknowledged that we didn't receive the 3 hours we paid for, they refused to issue a credit. And they included a 20% mandatory

After using NYC Limo, you will never want to drive to the airport with somebody else! The door to door service is absolutely great. Our driver was amazing, the limo was immaculate, and everything was timed perfectly. They even track my plane to make sure it's arriving on time. The service was top notch, very classy and very comfortable. I would use this limo New York again and would recommend it to anyone need to take the hassle out of traveling, whether for business or for pleasure.

My best friend was getting married and I was her maid of honor. All the girls in the wedding party decided to give her a girl’s night out. We all got together and hired an NY limo from NYC Limo just to drive us around the city. The driver was courteous and knew all the best spots in Manhattan. He did not mind driving around a bevy of loud girls either. It was an awesome night for all of us.

Worst service out there don't drive for these type of people! As a chauffeur I can tell you that he don't pay his driver's we recently did a job for his company and we didn't got paid what we were promised! Dave and his brother stole 40,000 thousand dollars from the driver's

As an executive assistant my job depends on getting things done right the first time. Thankfully I found NYC Limo. They not only did it right the first time but they also did it with style and punctuality. My boss actually remarked to me how professional the driver was and how neat, tidy and clean the limo was. My boss also said the limo driver explained in advance that he'd be taking a different route due to construction. Always nice to be kept informed, especially when traveling in a NYC. We'll definitely rent out this New York limo again for our annual industry convention.

I chose the NY limo tour from NYC Limo when my parents were in town from Michigan. The NY limo driver drove them all around New York City and explained all the points of interest better than a professional guide. They were thrilled. They saw the Statue of Liberty from Battery Park, Tribeca and the Village and Chinatown. He also showed them some lesser known historical points. They absolutely loved it. They said they had the best time of their lives.

NYC Limousine was very professional and courteous. They took payment over the phone so we didn’t have to worry about it while traveling, and sent our receipt via email for our convenience.
The driver was conscientious our needs and obliging to whether we felt like chatting or not. The car was clean and it was a smooth ride as well! I recommend them for that mom & pop attention with professional execution!

Hired the limo service for 3 hours for a bachelorette party to take us around Manhattan. The trip started off ok and the driver was on time, seemed nice, took pictures for us, etc. Then towards the end of our 3 hours, it seemed to take a very long time to get to our final destination. the bad: shady drivers who try to screw u and try to make extra money in a very threatening way.
cheap soda and drinks in the limo
horrible horrible customer service.they are undoubtedly the rudest in business.really surprises me that they are in business this long.
my 2 cents: use the limo service if u intend to get robbed by the driver,yelled at by the customer care rep and would like to experience the shittiest limo ride ever.

My sister reserved NYC Royal Limo on Saturday, July 22nd, for her daughter's Sweet 16. This company is unprofessional and the service received was HORRIBLE!
Everything about the service received from NYC Royal was wrong. The limo (which we booked many weeks in advanced) arrive in the wrong color - it was suppose to be white to match my niece in her beautiful white dress. The limo was FILTHY inside and out, the driver was not presentable (no proper driver attire, was raggedy (didn't seem to have combed his hair or shaved his face in days - looked a bit hung-over if I had to guess)

You would have to be completely desperate, or completely out of your mind, to enlist the services of NYC Royal Limo. We used them this past weekend for two corporate events and their services were atrocious.
Firstly, they do not use their own buses. They rent them from other companies and jack up the price. Yes, a lot of companies do this but the sales rep, "Jason," insisted that they were his "new buses" and he couldn't wait for us to enjoy them.
Secondly, our broadway show ran long and they insisted they could not help us a minute past our rental time, 4:30p -
