Jessica Reynolds began working at Cafe Escadrille in 2009. She began her career in the restaurant business as a function intern at Cafe Escadrille when she was a college student majoring in Hospitality and Tourism.
After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration and Management from the University of Massachusetts, Jessica began working full time at Cafe Escadrille as a Special Events Coordinator the day after she graduated college.Since then, she has enjoyed working with thousands of clients to plan events that celebrate one of the most important days of their lives.

This Massachusetts restaurant's name and spirit were inspired by the Lafayette Escadrille - a squadron of the French Air Service formed in April of 1916. The squadron was composed of spirited and daring American fighter pilots who fought gallantly by day and relished fine food and drink at night.

My family and I went to Cafe Escadrille on 1/19/2020. Walked in asked for a table for four. Hostess asked if we had a reservation we said no but we won't mind waiting a bit. She was very rude and said good. So after a few min we sat down at a table. I will say our waitress was very nice. We ordered crab cake app. We got two for four people really? and they were cold. I ordered baked scrod and fries. The fish and fries were hot but they had zero flavor. The only thing that had flavor was the ketchup for the fries. I know most of there customers are golden oldies but you need to add some flavor

Beautiful ambience. Went for an early dinner. Food was delicious as usual and our waiter Beau was the best waiter I have ever had in a long long time. Genuine smile, humble with a top notch service. Please pay this cafe a visit and ask for Beau, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Beau for make it a great dining experience for us.

We always appreciate this kind of establishment, yes it is a little expensive but you get what you pay for. The wait staff is Professional the prime rib was cooked to perfection the complete package is top notch. Definitely a place to go for special occasions, we were there with a group and it was a very pleasant experience for all.

The place was quite busy but you would never know it based on our very attentive waitstaff. We had the baked stuffed shrimp and the Boston baked scrod which was cooked perfectly. To accompany this we had the whipped potatoes and butternut squash which were both delicious. It was decorated for the holidays and we really enjoyed getting out to a restaurant that has both great staff and food. Trying to stay off the beaten path for dinner due to the extensive mall traffic. We will be going back again very soon based on this experience. This restaurant should be rated higher in our eyes!!

Came out this evening with the Wife for our 8th Anniversary. What a great escape from our crazy busy lives. Tip of the the Hat to our Waiter Matt. From cocktails to sushi, by far the most helpful/knowledgeable waiter we have ever had. He educated me on the very complex subject of Martinis. We can’t wait to be back. You will not be let down.

Food and service was very good (which is all that should matter) The only complaint I had was the atmosphere. Sort of an older crowd at the time we were there. This is the only time I’ve ate there, so I don’t have anything to compare the crowd to. We will definitely be back though. Wife wanted to try seafood scampi and the waiter recommend she order it with scampi sauce and she loved it and the recommendation.

Went there for lunch w hubby. I had the Classic hamburger. He ate the sushi.plate in the lunch menu. I had a negroni and a coke amd he a gin and tonic and a glass of chardonnay. Sitting on their beautiful patio and enjoing the delicious food I promised myself to return asnsoon as possiblr.
Usually I come here once a year when my mother in law visits. The menu used to be traditional upscale, a little.pricey, but always serving high quality delicious food.
I think I was not a regular because the drinks are served in smaller glasses. But this new menu deserves my loyalty!!!!

For many years, the best thing about Cafe Escadrille was that you could be guaranteed a good meal - always consistent. Ordered takeout here twice this week. The first time, not sure if it was the person putting the order in (her English was ok - just a little difficulty in understanding her but she had a very difficult time understanding / taking the order), or if it was the kitchen that messed up. Burger overdone, sweet potato fries instead of steak fries, no butter with the baked potato. The second time, a special request for chicken Marsala was ordered but there was no Marsala flavor at all

Having grown up in Burlington and visited the Escadrille many times, I was shocked to see it only has "3 Stars" here on Yelp. I thought maybe my experience this Monday, was an aberration. Apparently not.
It was their first day in operation, since the Coronavirus pandemic began. I would have thought they'd put a little extra effort, into winning back customers. I was mistaken.
The service was questionable, at best. The staff less than professional and the food, disappointing. They served rolls that must have been frozen since the pandemic began. The Lobster in my Seafood

I held my daughters wedding shower at Cafe Escadrille in their Winter Garden Room on 8/24/19 and it was magical. The staff was so on point and made sure that everything ran smoothly. The room was gorgeous, the food was hot & delicious, the bartender/servers were all so lovely~I could not have asked for more. Jessica & Tanya (the event coordinators) made sure that anything we requested was readily available to us and I truly thank them for that! It was the best decision I made picking this beautiful venue for such a special day! Always loved this place

For my 2nd place to try out during restaurant week, I chose Escadrille. This place looks homely and based on me being the only youngin, the clientele is mostly seniors. Although I feel like there was nothing to rave about on the Dine-Out menu, this place must be doing something right to last 45 years.
App: Clam Chowder - meatier of the app options, but pretty basic.
Entree: Tournedaise a la Bordelaise - I liked the first few bites, it was very tender and sweet. The mashed potatoes were a little hard for me. As for the spinach, I was too full from the steaks to finish.
Dessert: Chocolate Brownie
