I ended up having to reschedule my car's maintenance appointment at the dealership cause the tow truck was hella late. Not to mention I'm renting a car out of pocket since mine has been down two weeks, pending arrival of parts and availability to 6e seen and repaired there. So I finally get that set up, and called this company to set up towing for the following morning right. I set it for 7a cause I had to 6e at the dealership for 8a per my appointment time. When I called at 7:19a dispatch said she seen my order and a driver will 6e there to get me where I need to 6e by 8a. 8:15a, no tow truck

The tow truck driver who picked up my car was very polite! I'd give him 5 stars.
i Had to pay to get my car out due to after hours because I found a company to town me back to Dallas. When I called to talk to them to get my car pulled out they were hateful and rude to me. I asked for a manager and the lady got meaner. I would not recommend them to keep your car especially of over night. Also, in a bad part of town!!!!! Do not use!!!!!.

My son had a flat on I-20 he called us like we had tow truck. He has a Dodge Challenger SRT. We called Mericles Towing they came quickly and promptly. The young man was polite and showed experience. He towed the car to where we wanted it to go. After his job was finished then he talked to my son about how nice the car was and did he mind if he too pictures. Most young guys would've talked our ears off. He was professional then common after.THANK YOU!!!

I can't say enough good things about how Mericles handled our bad situation, and did all they could to fix it. Basically, they took over the problem and made it their own.
The long story:
Our flatbed F800 (which had just come from the shop, but that's another long, sad story) has a shipping container on it, completely stuffed with household belongings. The truck died, so we called Mericles. Patrick got there in good time, only to find that the brakes had somehow frozen on between the time we stopped and he arrived. ?!? The tow truck was very nice with top of the line equipment. The operator Paul was very informative, kind, and gave great instructions and details. He managed to come out very quickly despite it being very late and pulled my fully loaded trailer out of a huge puddle near a hotel with no damages. Im am very thankful for his experience I was expecting some damage on the trailer but he pulled it off by himself.

This company sucks, and I suggest no one use them. We had a truck break down in a shippers dock door so the shipper called to have it towed which was okay, because they had worked with us already. I called this company to see if they could just move our truck from out their door and off their lot and they told us that they could not just leave the truck. I said it is my truck and I am telling you that you can leave it. Long story short they they say that they was charging us 852.27 for 2 hours when from place to place was 15 mins. Then they would not drop our truck at a truck stop they said it

Called Mericles Towing after attempting to call another company. The other company NEVER CALLED ME BACK! The lady who answered the phone was polite, she was able to give me an estimate and an estimated time of arrival. Frank the driver, was prompt, courteous, and knew his job. While the final price was slightly more than what was quoted, that was dependent on mileage. I understand. Thank you for helping me out in a spot, Mericle Towing... thank you Frank, for making this practically painless, except in the wallet.
