Call this company!!! I was rescued late last night on I-20 after hitting a deer that completely disabled my truck. I was stranded in a dangerous location, freezing and shook up but .. when I called they said "we are going to help you" and the driver was there in no time. I am so grateful to Futrell's and Jacob for making a difficult time so much better.

Called for a tow. Guy said it would be 30 minutes or so. Called me back on his cell so I could have the number. An hour later I can’t get through to the company line and he won’t answer his cell phone.
I called from my other number and the call went through. Sorry excuse as a Human Being & a Man. If you can’t come or don’t want to come just let me know… don’t have me waiting for a Tow that will never arrive.
Crazy part is he was going to charge me $400 bucks. I was willing to pay because I was in a bind. But I literally just needed to get pulled out from being stuck.

These guys are horrible... a few weeks ago they left me and my family stranded... these guys made us wait for over 2 hours... then left us after seeing, in my opinion, that we were black... owner is very rude and smart mouthed... use at your own risk. I seen others on this thread have had similar problems with them. Will be reporting them to the BBB.

After being stuck in this last snow storm, between my hotel and the hospital I work, I finally reached these guys. While every other company said no, they immediately said yes. Marvin pulled me up that little hill full of ice with ease and no damage to my car. I can never thank them enough or recommend them enough. They went above and beyond during some of the worst road conditions. Thank you for all y’all do!!!!!

Its so sad that the company still has racist employees in the C21st. Very unprofessional and at one point picked up a hard snow like a rock to hit me but didn't....claiming i didn't listen to him. He said I wasn't speaking English when while indeed we were actually talking. He was sarcastic and egoistic. I would never wish that kind of treatment even to my worst enemy. It was at 2am and the had a very long day. I would never recommend their services.
