I have been using safer home services for many years at my last 3 homes & would recommend them. They do an amazing job, I never see bugs in the house & if you do get a bug they come back out to retreat the area and locate the cause. They don't come out & try to push you into unneeded services like most companies. In fact, they recently came out to look into my crawl space problem & gave us a simple solution without charging us a dime or selling us anything. Other companies were quoting us over $20k for unnecessary work. Thank you safer for being one of the few honest companies

Patrick surveyed our home and found that in addition to the roach problem, we had mice/rats in the attic. He addressed that problem with traps and securing any possible entrances to the attic. He scheduled return trips to check on the traps and then one for a final clearing out. We are very satisfied with the service and the professionalism of Patrick and the company. We just want to go on the record to say that this company ROCKS!!! When we moved here 5 years ago and heard about a company who could control roaches & bugs with just one treatment a year we decided to try it. THEY REALLY CAN DO IT!! This is worth every penny it costs and if you need them to come back for ANY kind of bug problem they will be there ASAP. I have been using Safer for a few years now and absolutely love them. I get the yearly treatment and have had them also clean out my attic before, and sanitize it. They are very respectful and helpful even coming by at no charge if I do see a straggler bug here and there, usually a spider as I live under many trees. I am just overall very pleased with them the past few years that I've had them. I never really see any bugs which is really such a shock if you saw my townhome/neighbors house. Their stuff really works!

Shopped around for pest control service and Safer had the best offer with their once a year pest protection. They dont use contact insecticides inside your home (safer for kids and pets) but the treatment is strong enough to keep pests out and gets rid of any that are already inside. The once a year treatment is best compared to other companies as they cover every pest you can think of (except termites -different treatment) and dont charge extra for specific pests. I just had my third annual pest control treatment at my residence. They are very thorough and it really lasts. Although they will come out up to four times to re-treat if you see any pests, I've not had to use it. The annual treatment is much better than having to arrange to be home every six weeks for traditional pest control.

I did get a very quick response. I used them for termite inspection on a house I have under contract. The gentlemen said at the end it had a clean bill no termites seen.
I had to call 2x for the report to send to my lender. I was told they had send it to me and my realtor, yet neither of us had received it (interesting).
When I did receive it, I notice they had put they could only detect 50% or 35% no termites due to furniture in the way, or installation in the attic. I can understand the installation in the attic.

We had a massive termite-swarm eruption inside our 1926 Spanish home. Other termite companies advised that we absolutely had to do a total tent fumigation of the whole house ($6,000+). Fortunately we found Jim Swain, who drove 90 miles RT to us, did an incredibly meticulous whole-house inspection, and traced the termites' origin to antique furniture recently imported from Mexico (!). He carefully spot-treated all the affected areas at a total cost less than $1k, saving us $5k+ and all the ordeal of house tenting.
