We had a wonderful experience with our move into our new home in Indiana with University Moving and Storage, today, July 14th, 2021. It was a great crew of five, including the driver, Brandon. We were going to use University moving for our Michigan to Georgia move this coming week. For the first while they were professional and timely but when it came to adjusting our quote and getting final paperwork signed what should've been a five minute process took 3 weeks, 5 phone calls, talking with 4 staff members, and no paperwork being emailed over as promised. Unfortunately we had to go with someone else for peace of mind... if you use them, make sure all of your ducks are in a row ASAP!

My partner and I approached University Moving after our prior Movers had to unexpectedly pause their job with us for the weekend. Despite being last-minute, University Moving was able to hear out our concerns and arrange for two guys to help move the bulk of our belongings the next day. The men who helped us were timely, friendly, and efficient. They took extra care to protect our belongings as well as the locations involved with them. The substantially reduced our level of stress this past weekend, and we would recommend them to anyone. The affordability was a nice perk as well!

Although it took a few days after the expected drop off to get my stuff from NY to Indianapolis- the team really worked with us. When Brandon and Brock arrived they were super professional, pleasant, and they got all the boxes up to my apartment super fast! I would most definitely recommend this service!

We had the worst moving experience we’ve ever had. Multiple items were damaged, one being an antique desk which is neither replaceable nor able to be repaired. Virtually every piece of wood furniture was… damaged with scratches or dents. Heavy boxes were put on top of light ones, totally smashing the light ones and breaking some glass inside two of the boxes. We moved from Indiana to Texas and the movers in Texas took pictures of the way the truck was packed because it was so horrible. We had items with mud on them and a once clean mattress with dirt on it. The TX mover said it looked

We have used University Moving & Storage (Grand Rapids, MI location) now for several southwest Michigan photo shoots which required a variety of tasks including packing/unpacking, heavy lifting, moving large, at times odd shaped products and assembling products. On our most recent shoot Mike and Dan were our crew to help make our jobs easier - and they sure did! They showed up on-time and ready to work. They caught on quick and were extremely efficient and kind.
