Pre-delivery preparation for a piece of furniture consists of inspection for damage, completeness, and proper operation; removal of stickers and tags and minor repairs from manufacturing or transit damage such as loose threads, scuffs, dirt, etc.

Receiving & Warehouse Report

Our warehousing will allow you to order and store your clients furniture and decorating items until you are ready to have them delivered to their home or office. We will not only receive and store your delivery, but we will also inspect the shipment to make sure it is complete and damage free. That way there are no suprises or disappointments when you present the complete design project to your client.

We had Ranard as a driver twice, and both times he’s made extra effort in handling the HUGE package and was as polite, friendly and helpful as you could ask! If Ranard is driving, I recommend.

I live in one of those houses on a hill with insane stairs leading to the porch and I was very worried how I would get the couch being delivered into my living room. The delivery guy went up the driveway, then lifted the sofa into the yard, like, by hand. Super nice guy, so, so grateful he brought the giant box into the house for me. I'd give more stars if I could.

Great delivery service. Actually arrived early! The driver, Ranard was polite and professional. He maneuvered the truck down a narrow street to my cottage and put the large window I ordered in the garage for me. Well done!
