I was rear-ended in 2018. Keith and his team (Michelle, Carla, Shane, et al) were like family: thorough, considerate, consistently assisting getting medical needs met and with me every step of the way!
I would not wish accidents on any soul but these accidents happen, often when we are not in the least at fault. Don't face an insurance company alone - that's like getting rear-ended daily.

Most of them are nice, Keith is smart and he makes a perfect lawyer. We used them a year ago and I was told 21 was too young for a rental, they’d look into it, I never heard back about it but when got into a second wreck later on and the new lawyer got me a rental just fine with my age that was a red flag for me. Randall can fall behind a bit on contacting the adjuster, my fiancé ended up still owing radiology 1k now deducted almost a year later to $361 even though they were suppose to be all paid already from the settlement and we got the remainders.

I'm 73 and hit by a young girl using her cell January 2020. She totaled my car and I went to the ER. I contacted Keith Miller the next day and saw me that day.
