Dr. Prasudha was extremely unprofessional! Never came out to explain my sons situation. Instead let the assistant tell me and when i was understandibly upset, she never came out to explain. The assistant went to the Dr to explain and Dr just sent her back with a lame excuse. Such a shame because the staff and previous Dentists were wonderful!
