I have been going to Dentist Yancey's office with my family for many years. I have an older special needs son and a younger son that have always felt comfortable under his care. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is not near me but it's worth the trip every six months. The business is small and located in a residential area. I personally feel it's what makes it charming, like going to visit a friend.

My wife and I have been using Dr. Yancey for all of our dental care since he began his practice sometime in the 1990's. He has always been an excellent Dentist and we've never had need to look elsewhere for a Dentist. He speaks in clear and understandable terms about dental exam results and recommendations for tooth restoration and dental hygiene. I highly recommend him for any dental care you need.

I haven't been to the dentist since Jr High. My wife made the appointment, and it couldn't have been better. I hate going, I can't stand metal in my mouth, and I almost bit Jackie's finger (sorry!) but we laughed the entire time, and it couldn't have gone better. Jackie Arias did an amazing job, and you can tell she truly enjoys her work. Dr. Yancy was extremely professional, and has a truly exceptional experience overall.

I've been working with Dr. Yancey and his staff for several years. The entire team at this office makes you feel like family. I had extensive dental work done by Dr. Yancey, and the result was better than I could have imagined.
I have bad teeth, and after 30 years my extensive bridgework needed replacing. I had dreaded the thought of having to undergo this huge project, although over time the teeth had become worn and unsightly.
Dr. Yancey did a careful and thorough job, making sure my underlying teeth were healthy before replacing the bridges.
Redesigning the bridgework was a complicated job and required many steps to ensure proper fit, as misalignment can cause jaw problems. The new bridges fit perfectly, however

I went in to Dr. Yancey for four wisdom teeth extractions. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but he and his staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. The plan was to have all four teeth removed the same day but the first soft tissue tooth they began on ended up being a doozy. They had a very difficult time removing it and it took over three hours. Nevertheless, I was impressed with their work and although uncomfortable (not in pain, mainly nervous), both Dr. Yancey and the nurse allowed me to take breaks and made sure I was ok throughout the process. Worst dental experience ever! While having my wisdom teeth removed, he slipped with the drill, gouging my tongue. He never said anything just sent me on my way. I ended up with an awful infection and so much pain! When my husband called to get help, the receptionist was rude to him, telling him I should be fine. My husband demanded to speak to the dentist who finally prescribed an antibiotic. I think you'd be better off not going to the dentist than to see this one!
And, if you're going to have your wisdom teeth out, go to an oral surgeon. So much better!
