Our initial experience at Granite Depot was good. We found a granite we liked and purchased it the same day. We came from Wyoming to look at countertops. About halfway home we got a phone call that said “oops, we quoted you wrong and it’s actually going to be double the price we charged. Is that okay?” No! How can they be that far off and not notice that something is missing. They said they would start working on our refund tomorrow. We will not return. I’m sure our business and family’s money isn’t important to a large business like that but it is absolutely ridiculous!

We just finished buying our bathroom granite over the weekend. This was our third purchase from Granite Depot and we keep going back because of their amazing selection, prices and quality installation. We initially did our Highlands Ranch kitchen then the one in our house in the mountains. They have a helpful & professional sales staff and I have no doubt that our bathrooms will come out incredible too. I highly recommend Granite Depot.

We were shown a sample of suggar quartz at Granite Depot and went with those countertops as it closely resembled MSI Snow White that we had previously at our old house for half the cost. Now I know why. After install, we noticed that our pieces had lots of dark black imperfection spots in them, making the counters look like they have crumbs on them constantly and are dirty. When I picked up some excess material and expressed my dismay to the worker there at stone crafters, who they use to cut their tile, he told me customers are usually shown/pick their exact slabs before install. Went in a few years ago to find granite for our kitchen. We saw all the ads, and thought they must be a reputable company. Although this was our first stop, and we made it perfectly clear we were still shopping around, we did find a few slabs of granite we liked, but didn't fully love. Knowing this would be one of our options, we had a quote drawn up. The sales lady talked my wife and I into putting down a deposit, which she insisted would be refundable. This deposit would reserve the slabs we had picked out, and locked in our (or what they advertised) sales pricing.
