The full service law firm of Bogin, Munns & Munns was founded 40 years ago in Orlando, Florida during the spring of 1979. The three founders after which the firm is named - Bruce Bogin, Ranier Munns, and Rulon Munns - came together with like objectives and aspirations to establish a law firm capable of offering legal representation to large corporate clients as well as individuals and families in need.

I was hit from behind at the end of August. Bogin Munns and Munns was highly recommended to me. Although I have never met her face to face due to covid, Jennifer Medina was assigned to my case. She has done yeoman's work in whittling down these exorbitant medical bills. Worst of which was Advent emergency. They are not a high functioning group. Very basic care that is expected of an ER was overlooked. My single complaint is that no one from Bogin Munns and Munns dissuaded me from treating with Complete Care. My concern with Bogin, Munns and Munns involved a contract suit. I was represented by Attorney Joseph Shoemaker. Attorney Shoemaker was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and reassuring without making promises other than he would do his best to represent my concerns honestly and fairly, he did not disappoint. My elderly friend, Joan, was given no preparation before going into mediation. What attorney does that? Well, they did. Throughout the mediation she felt that her attorney didn't bring up things to her advantage and did not really stand up for her. This is subject to change based on the outcome of my complaint. I called the firm to help me with a discrimination matter. I asked for a reasonable accommodation under the ADA. The attorney that was going to help me with my matter imo committed the same violation that I called for help on by imo discriminating against me. Over the last 4-5 years I have unfortunately needed the assistance of an attorney twice. Both times I chose to use Bogin Munns & Munns. The first time was based on the suggestion of a friend, and the second time I was a return client because of how I was treated the first time. I called for a consultation and and the person who answered the phone took my info then after he thought we ended the call and hung up he called me a p#%sy in spanish. After talking to someone above him I found out he is the call center manager. I received a follow up call later and was told that they wanted to talk to me and it would be a $200 consultation fee. It always seems like the businesses that preach how Christian they are the loudest are the ones that treat you the least Christian they can.

Hire Joe!!! One of the best attributes I admire most in any profession is Honesty and Professionalism. Joe is definitely both; not only is he very well verse in Contract Employment laws, but he is clear, concise, and upfront with facts. It's possible they have great attorneys, if you can get to them. I called to make an appointment for a consultation, gave my information to the woman who answered the phone. She passed me to "Carlos" who acted like he didn't know anything about my situation. I started telling my history again only to be interrupted constantly before being out on hold for maybe 15 seconds. He then came back saying he had spoken to one of the attorneys who said I didn't have a case. My response was "I don't know what you could possibly have told them since you didn't listen
