My dermatologist recommended this pharmacy and even after I said no my Prescription was still sent here. They charged my account without talking to me. I didn’t need a second prescription because I wasn’t done with the first. Then when called was hang up on. I’m just going to dispute. And y’all can save that generic message I do live in Georgia.

I have been getting all of my prescriptions from GetWell Pharmacy since shortly after their local store opened. I have a complicated prescription schedule and in 2 instances I need specific brand-name drugs. GetWell staff have maintained a respectful and courteous attitude through all kinds of difficulties. I arrived at 10:15 doors were locked. I returned at 11 and my prescription wasn’t ready told to return in 1 hour. Came back in 1 hour and they said they didn’t see me in their system. All this after I received a call confirming... walked across the street to cvs and got my medicine within 30 minutes

My neurologist sent my prescription to getwell. I suffer from severe migraines and my medication is crucial to my day to day life. After the prescription was sent I received a text that it was received and I will receive within 2-3 days. Well 2 weeks passed and my current medication ran out and had to call pharmacy to get status. After holding I was told it was being processed and should ship out today. I received a text 2 days later with tracking info....to some this up this is the most unorganized pharmacy I’ve had to deal with in my life.

I came here for COVID vaccination. First appointment was fine. I was then scheduled for a second appointment by the facility, only for the nurse to tell me when I arrive I was scheduled "too early" by this place and I have to come back in two more weeks. Wasted $30 of my money in Uber for nothing. NEVER using this unorganized pharmacy for medication.

I scheduled an appointment to receive my first Covid vaccine at this pharmacy and when I arrived I was told they did not have me on the schedule for the day. I showed them my confirmation from scheduling the appointment and they just insisted they did not see it on their end. Very disappointed and went to CVS for same day vaccination.

I’m really grateful for Getwell Pharmacy! I was struggling to find a location to get my second COVID-19 vaccine. I was refreshing the websites of other major pharmacies (Walgreens, CVS, Kroger) and larger vaccination sites (Mercedes Benz) for days trying to snag an appointment, and they never had any available. Finally I stumbled upon Getwell. They had multiple vaccination appointments available the same day and were really quick, kind, and professional. Highly recommend for your vaccine!

I have no reservations about giving five stars, primarily due to the following three reasons:
(1) Best prices: I used to go to a friendly neighborhood drug store, whose staff was quite good at finding the best prices. But even they were unable to bring the prices of my new eye drops (I am a pre-glaucoma patient) to a reasonable range. My doctor then recommended GetWell Pharmacy and they did not disappoint. One day, I received a letter from my insurance company, approving coverage. They finally gave approval after denying the request three times, and I suspect people in GetWell Pharmacy initiated
