Chris Collander helped us obtain a portion of a piece of property next door to us from our home owners association such that we could put a fence up for our dogs without having to wind around some utility boxes. We are happy and the dogs are happy! I've also worked with Chris and his team on a couple of real estate transactions for clients of mine purchasing new homes. He and his team always do great work!

Dan was the best ! He came recommended from a friend of mine and I could not have been more pleased with the service he and his staff provided for our home closing. Details: it was an older house with plenty of issues that needed to be resolved before we signed the papers and he walked us through every step of the way. He charged the same as everyone else was quoting us and did not charge any "annoyance" fees either ! Well worth the price and I recommend him wholeheartedly!
