After 10 years practicing in law firms in Chicago and the western suburbs Harry opened his own business law firm in 2013.

If you have a vehicle under manufacturer's warranty with 3 or more visits to the service department or 30 days or more total out of service due to defects, you likely have a good lemon law claim. Lemon Laws exist to help you, the consumer, but they're only beneficial if you know what they do and how you use them.
It doesn't really matter whether you purchased your product new or used if the warranty is transferrable. A fully transferrable warranty applies to subsequent owners just as it did to the original purchaser, until it reaches expiration. Here is the general rule: basic vehicle warranties are fully transferrable, but powertrain warranties and warranties for consumer electronics are not.

Harry’s service was excellent. He helped me resolve a complaint I had with the manufacturer for my new pickup truck. The outcome exceeded my expectations. Mr. Bradley has done an excellent job! I am still relatively new to getting my life started being young, and had the hard luck of buying a lemon for my first big purchase as an adult. I definitely didn't have an easy case. Got turned away from other agency's as well as the better business bureau. But Mr. Bradley really helped out and put some solid work in. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and explained everything. Even those things that we as the customer may not want to hear. In the end, we won a settlement and he was there each step of the way. I highly recommend this firm. Harry was awesome in my lawsuit against BMW. I had found him through a quick google search, and he responded very quickly. He took on my case for my CPO 2011 BMW diesel. Unfortunately, BMW is notorious for making things difficult. But Harry was a great representative, and I did not have to step foot in a court room.
