Featuring more than 30 Life Fitness Strength and Cardiovascular machines spread out over a 4,500 square foot facility and including group exercise programs, this health center has been designed with you in mind.

Did you ever wish you could do pull ups, but have nowhere to work on them? Now you do. We installed a pull up bar complete with assistance bands that offer up to 250 lbs. of assistance, so if you couldn't do even one pull up before, now you can!
