As a healthy lifestyle advocate and knowledge junkie, Denise wasn't simply interested in opening just any fitness program. Instead, she has always been determined to create a community welcome to all levels and bodies to help them achieve their unique fitness goals.

This session is designed for the first time client. The outcome of working with our Registered Dietitian is to teach you how to sustainably meet your nutrition goals and to provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to continue to improve yourself when you have completed the counseling. There are no cookie cutter meal plans, off-limit foods, or magic supplements.
The Wellness Profile is a survey of your health and lifestyle. The objective of the Wellness Profile is to determine your current health status, your readiness for exercise, the impact of your lifestyle on your prospects for a long and healthy life, and your program interests. Being physically active is very safe for most people.
