We cannot recommend Jeff enough-- especially if you're clueless first time buyers like we were. We knew nothing, had a challenging budget, and were looking in a tiny neighborhood with skyrocketing prices. Jeff was still able to guide us to a house that was in the perfect location, within our budget and didn't need a total rehab!
Jeff is incredibly patient, communicative, and timely

Joe, Jeff and Matt go above and beyond to take care of their clients. When one is unavailable, another steps in to help out so you're never left stranded. They got us into the second house we looked at the first time we used them, and the fourth house the next – during a seller's market, no less. They treat you with respect, are openly transparent, and Jeff looks like Mac from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, so there's that.

Joe and Jeff did a phenomenal job selling our home. They were on top of everything, answered all of our questions and priced our home perfectly to get the most traffic through and the best offers. They handled the craziness of the current market impeccably and helped us sift through 20+ offers! While they didn't directly help us buy our new home (we found it off the market), they did assist us with all the paperwork for closing and we couldn't have asked for an easier transaction for both closings.
