I want to thank Wangard Partners for the generosity they have shown our local community sports club. With this space, kids from a 30 mile radius and several different districts were able to combine in challenging times to practice and compete.
Not only are the kids grateful for the opportunity, they were able raise some money for our local booster club. With the few small maintenance issues that we asked be corrected, the management team was A+. Everyone loves the space we now call "Thunderdome"!
I would highly encourage anyone to think of Wangard for their commercial property needs. We are thankful

Positive: Professionalism
The common areas are clean and well lit. Wangard has taken many steps to protect their tenants through increased cleaning and disinfecting processes as well as appropriate signage. There are multiple hand sanitizer dispensers located in common areas which is greatly appreciated. I feel very safe in the building.

I can’t express enough how much I appreciate how our teams have partnered together during the very trying times the coronavirus has given our industry the past few months. Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Get better management at the apartments! Unprofessional and unresponsive staff! Staff at Wangard do nothing and only care about money. As someone who recently moved to a nearby apartment after living there, I can tell you there are better options out there in Milwaukee!
