I would not recommend this nail salon... My usual nail salon was full so thought I would try a new one and ended up here. I went in for a dip polish change. My nail artist never soaked my nails and just started filing the old dip off fully with the electric buffer. He then (with some of my old color still on my nail) started applying the new color's powder. When I stopped him to ask if he could get all of the old color off before applying the new one, he got upset and called another guy over and was yelling between him and me - I don't speak the language he was yelling in but it was very

Critical: Quality
The lady doing my nails cut me several times and just kept pulling my hand forward and my nails aren’t smooth at all and look really bad. Same with my sisters. This used to be my favorite salon but I won’t be going here anymore. There are some good nail artists there but very few.

Was in town for a work conference and decided to get a pedicure. Posh has set the bar. My massage was wonderful and I walked out a happy camper. If I ever come back to Dallas, I'll be back. Thank you!

It has taken me about three weeks to sit down and write this review, but here I am. I called in for a manicure, and when I arrived, I was greeted rudely. It should have been my red flag, but I had a meeting the following day that I needed my nails to look presentable. The manicurist did not ask me how I wanted my nails or anything. Before she started to put on the nail polish, I asked her if I could get gel. The person at the front came to her and told me that I needed to pay for that service before she started doing the gel. I never experienced that, but I gave him my card. He looked at it suspiciously

I'm a licensed nail tech who usually does her own services because a lot of the shops that I've visited in the past are terrible with sanitation but I decided to try this place out and I am very impressed! I noticed they really follow the TDLR guidelines with sanitation and They use disposable tools. I am very satisfied and will be back.

I thought the young lady who greeted us was very friendly and helpful bringing us drinks. She really made my friends and I feel comfortable. The three of us came for basic manicures and my friends were happy with the service.
Jessica was my nail technician and she made me super uncomfortable. She took an extra 20 minutes because she randomly left me with me with my hands in hot water for 10 minutes. She nipped me once and she was rude. I was asked to pay pay before the service so I tipped 20% expecting the service to be good. She misplaced her copy of the receipt and started opening my purse and

I do not recommend this place . They are extremely rude . Came in sat down with lady & she couldn't do a basic design with bling . So they threw me to some dude Ryan who pretty much told me he didn't have to me for me . When I told them to do my nails plain that I would get them done somewhere else tomorrow that I needed them done for work they were extremely rude & told me to just go somewhere else . They were rude from the time I walked in to the time I left for no reason . Smh !! Will not recommend them to anyone

Michael is the most RUDE & UNPROFFESIONAL nail tech their is in this establishment. His customer service doesn't even deserve one star. This man sat in my face and talked about how he was so upset because of the design I requested for my nails. He felt it was a hassle and on top I was charge $125 for a disrespectful service that didn't even come close to what I had requested. Michael took it upon himself to choose the color and assume I would be okay with it. Never have I been so humiliated.

Critical: Quality, Value
I bought a set of gel dipped nails and I accidentally hit them on my car door. Two tips completely broke off. I have never had nails break on me with a light touch. I am very sad because these are my birthday nails. I had them done Saturday and they broke Saturday. They looked great but the quality was poor/very thin.

I loved the decor and chandeliers in this place! They have a white black and marble colored aesthetic and overall it looks like a very fancy nail spa! The chairs you sit in for pedicures and manicures are large black leather style loungers which is great (but I certainly could use a massage chair). As you walk in you're able to select the colors for your nail polish from two large wall selections. I was able to walk in without an appointment and have very little wait time! The pedicure was great and included a scrub and massage was something affordable like $32 for basic. Heads up-check in

This place is consistently amazing! From the door I'm acknowledged with a friendly smile. This place is exactly how a nail salon should run. Lilian takes her time on her service every single time. The bathroom is always fresh and clean. Very short wait time. Even on walk ins. Five stars isn't enough! No pretentious uptown Dallas vibes at all. Thanks for a great experience on.

Update: all of them are A1. Consistently.

Very luxurious inside. I was assisted immediately. They have a huge variety of colors for the Dip powder technique. ($50)

After a horrendous experience at the last salon I frequently went to, I have now found my new place!

If u are reading this be thankful!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before I went here..

So to be fair the service was fine. Nice welcome friendly smiles.. HOWEVER

I ultimately want to be satisfied with the end product of my nails and my nails are HORRID.

They simply cannot do nails.

What should have been a ONE HOUR dip manicure took over two hours ... I ask for a simply DIP Manicure / WHITE COLOR!

She messed up more than a few times trying to fix her mistakes

Finally, what I assumed was a manager finished her session.

I walked out of there with one white hand and the other with a

Decided to walk in here with my mom and was initially surprised that no one came to say hello. With nail technicians, the quality was inconsistent between my mom and myself. One didn't speak English so it was hard to communicate with her. Their prices are medium to high end. Our pedicurists were both very good. Eric and Steven were so sweet they offered us drinks. We didn't know that you could get wine but maybe next time! The guys were very kind and took the time to massage and cut the nails. We got classic Mani pedi and it was $48 with 10% discount if you pay cash.

Pros/cons: a lot

I wanted to be able to boast about great things here but unfortunately that's not the case.

The actual location has fab decor and a cool concept with seating especially the pedicure area. They're individual upholstered chairs (not massage chairs) with very stylish bowls to put your feet in but I'm not sure how hygienic it is and also, it's not a jet bowl so no fun in the water as your feet soak.

Ugh. Aside from that, it was my 1st and last time checking out Posh. The gentleman that handled my pedicure, I believe was doing the best that he could but he was very distracted

Reliably excellent quality work. That's what keeps me coming back.

Sure, I can go to any number of nail salons in the Dallas area, but it really sucks to pay $100 for nail color that chips or peels in the week after getting it done. I've been to Posh a couple of times now and have always found their work to be pretty good. I also like that I can call ahead and get someone who actually knows what I'm asking for, and I've never had a problem with appointments not being met. They seem to have a sophisticated work management system. Also, parking is a breeze.

But there&apos
