My wife went to this salon and after being charged $90 initially just to book the appt (not as a hold on the card) was additionally charged for services after the fact. She complained that she her nail tech had to re-do 2 of her nails in the middle of the service because the gel color just fell off. Her overpriced Manicure didn’t even last a week, and to just top it all off - most places offer complimentary drinks but she was charged for something that was offered to her by staff during the appointment. Overall terrible service and quality that doesn’t reflect the prices whatsoever

I absolutely love this salon! I’ve been coming here monthly since they opened in December of 2018 and stopped briefly in 2020 when the pandemic closed their doors. After moving to Dallas from Denver I searched high and low to find a salon that was similar to one I went to in Denver - clean, used new tools every time, and used high quality products. It took one service at Verbena to know I had found my new nail home and I’m so happy I did. As far as prices go, I love knowing that the wonderful people performing services are paid fairly.

I appreciate the time and care that the team takes on my nails (mani and pedi) on every visit. My services take about 2.5 hours in totally sometimes because of the attention to detail (nail art) and the overall care of my nails. Verbena is honestly one of the best nail salons and they do everything to take care of their clients, their goal is to ensure everyone is happy when they leave.

I've been coming here since they first opened and I absolutely love them and will never go anywhere else. From my wedding nails to my day-to-day, they always do a great job! And Bee somehow got me way out of my comfort zone when it comes to just about everything -- length, shape, and service. Thanks, y'all!

As if paying $45 to get my acrylics removed wasn’t bad enough? They took an hour and 20 minutes just to do it. And to top it off? The gel manicure job was poor quality and unprofessional. Ridiculously overpriced. Don’t let the Instagramable decor fool you into coming here.

Verbena is worth every penny. When I go, I usually get a gel manicure with Lan. She does my nails with such care and attention to detail! It lasts longer than any other manicure I’ve had. I love them so much that I had my wedding nails done here! The decor is so fun, too. AND they also have a coffeeshop out front, and as a coffee addict, it makes me love Verbena even more. I usually opt for a simple nail, but next time, I think I want to try a design (just take a look at their Instagram - it’s nail inspo central 😍).

I really love this place. The people, the vibes, all of it. I’ve had manicures with several nail techs: Eliah, Sandra, Lan, and Victoria and every single one of them was AMAZING. Each one of them paid so much attention to detail, told me what to ask for at follow-up appointments, and answered my questions thoroughly, which I think is important as it shows they’re educated in the different techniques/services that Verbena offers. When getting my nails done for my engagement/party they paid special mins to how my nails looked. I also love that they use non-toxic products and only use products

I unfortunately was extremely late to my appointment but they were still so accomadating. I appreciate them still servicing me.
My technician couldn't do certain steps included in the chosen service but my pedicure and manicure were still done extremely well.
You do have to prepay so I would have lost a lot of money if I wasn't able to be seen.
Now that I've visited, I'm hooked! I loved my dazzle dry manicure and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Wow, amazing. Don’t know how I didn’t know about this place sooner. It’s SO cute, coffee is very good and the girl who did my nails, Bri was so sweet and patient. I will say - the multiflex gel chipped after 2 days so I’m a little disappointed in the product. It’s been a week and it’s chipped a lot. But still the place is so cute I’d go back.

The venue has great decor and offers a coffee shop, but the end product did not last. My nails chipped off a day or two after. Their business hours are not ideal and they direct you to their website to make an appointment but the website does not work and is not user friendly. They do not offer nail extensions, and their pedicures are not running water.
