Allegedly involved in a set up an armed robbery of 10 watches worth $1.1M by a watch broker named Steven Tran. They also have two AP watches on memo and giving the run around about where the items are. Super shady business and wouldn’t be surprised if they are laundering money or involved in organized crime.

Be careful if you intend to shrink or loosen it, and your ring will lighten a lot, I know they took a lot of gold from my wedding ring when they helped me make it smaller, that makes me very sad because it's a wedding ring, my husband and I bought a pair of two rings by weight, after receiving the ring surprised me so much, and I will never go back , too bad

I came here for a setting, very friendly people, the young owner were excellent, she made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. Since she was bilingual it made things better; excellent communication, very affirmative, excellent details of knowledge and was very helpful. The technician who did the setting was excellent, i highly recommend him, very detailed, utmost care with your products and was very quick and responsive. I was extremely happy with the results, for sure i will come back for anything that relates to custom work, settings or adjustments.

This jewelry shop offers excellent service on quality products! The employees are always so sweet and welcoming and my family and I have always gone back to them every time we want to splurge on jewelry! I have two pendants from this location and each time they were able to gold-plate the silver for me to accommodate my preferences - making the piece unique for me. This specific location is the biggest store of many Ngoc Quang locations located throughout Little Saigon. It is family owned and operated so I always feel great about spending my money here instead on some brand-name shop that upcharges

My husband and I were shopping for anniversary rings and decided to stop here. The collections and variety here was very extensive despite COVID. Hanh and his crew were very professional, attentive and patient. We loved that they were not pushy at all but willing to make us happy. We purchased two beautiful rings and they were resized on the spot. We are extremely happy that we stopped here just to look. Well definitely return for any jewelry purchase.

We looked for something decent and willing to pay a higher price for it as those are treasures to us. I wanted to go to other places but my mother-in-law wanted to take us here. Their price was pretty reasonable.
The saleslady we talked to didn’t get enough training/knowledge to be a jewelry salesperson. My husband chose a 18k white gold ring. She said the item would be priced base on its weight. We needed to resize the ring to make it smaller so it’s obvious that it would weighted less than when we saw

Went to buy an engagement ring and to reuse the diamond my wife already had. Service was prompt, friendly and expert. Jeweler on-site built the new ring in 30 minutes while we waited. High quality and we are both so pleased. Great price and incredibly big selection of rings. Will definitely return, we now have a family jeweler!

Their annoying and rude security guards stopped me from coming in, and their job is to guard the parking spot. If the owner hired those types of people to greet people in the front, I bet the service and quality of whatever they want to sale would be the same as them. Thanks, but no thanks, I will spend my money somewhere else.

Came here to take a look at some jewelry that my friend recommended so I try to park in the lot.
All of a sudden a security guard (rent a cop) comes out and asks if I am shopping and where. So when I showed my handicap placard he didn't care he says you're in the wrong spot.
Well isn't that dandy all public parking spaces and a security guard comes out to hassle me and says I can't park there so I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

My mom was looking for a new setting for her diamond but she wanted someone she could easily communicate with. I looked around on yelp and found NQ jewelers as a happy medium for the two of us. We came in and looked at their extensive designer settings (they carry everything from tacori to verragio) but we weren't quite satisfied with the designs. My mom was looking for a setting to bring out the quality of her diamond that sat a little higher.
We ended up working with Hanh for a very well priced custom setting. He listened to our ideas and he brought his experience as a long term jeweler

On 11-6-16 I was looking for a place to replace my watch batteries but got no luck! most of the shop are closed on Sunday. I found NQ Jewelry and they handle both of my watches in 15 minutes.
This place customer service are amazing! they greet me and great service happens. I took my son with me so they got a place kid with TV, candies and water for both of us. I'm sure that there are no watch repair around that offer this kind of service.
I highly recommended this place !
