Affinity & Co. Jewelers is a 4th-generation family business that started in Latvia, moved to South Africa and finally settled in Orange County. We offer engraving in several foreign languages, including but not limited to Greek and Hebrew. Our Graduate Gemologist will evaluate your jewelry and provide a certified appraisal appropriate for insurance and resale purposes. When searching for the right diamond, always keep the 4Cs in mind, namely color, clarity, cut, and carat weight. The 4Cs offer a way to objectively compare and evaluate diamonds in order to make a perfect selection. Color grades are determined by comparing a diamond to a master set. Each letter grade represents a range of color and is measured by the color's noticeability.

I have been here a number of times (since 2013), and the service is always OUTSTANDING. I deal primarily with David, who is very knowledgeable and very nice. At my last visit I came in to get the inside of my wedding band engraved. After I picked it up David offered to also clean up the ring and polish it, complimentary. OH MY GOSH, I could not believe how good it looked after he was done (it was still warm from the polishing)! The ring looked brand new, you would have never guessed it was over 10 years old! I have been coming here for 7 or 8 years and have never been disappointed with the service. Every time I walk in they know my name, ask about my kids and are right on top of things. I recently upgraded my stone in my engagement ring and they were fair and did the work n a timely manner. I also upgraded my diamond stud earrings and they were honest, when it could have been very easy to try to upsell me to something else. They have always got back to me in the timeline they state they will, even during Covid.

My first time going here, I got my wedding ring resized. The jeweler made it easy and the price was very reasonable. I got it back the next day with a perfect fit and polished. I came by a second time when my glasses was broken at the hinge. I asked if they could solder it, they said with laser precision, so I left it with them. After about an hour they called me and said they were put back together. Great! My transactions here were quick and easy and the service is outstanding. Definitely my go to in the area for all of my jewelry needs.

Joe and the rest of the team at Affinity& Co are excellent! Super helpful, incredibly friendly, and they provide wonderful customer service. I came in on short notice to get my engagement ring resized and they were able to expedite the process and take care of everything within the same week. They are genuinely happy to help and appreciate their customers! I would definitely recommend.

I spent several thousands on an engagement ring here last year, and though communication with Elizabeth was difficult because she would take so long in responding, I ended up buying something I (we) liked.
Come around this Christmas season, I request an item, no answer, i request again, no answer, I call, am told Elizabeth no longer works there and I am told that they will find what I am looking for, then NOTHING. No calls no emails no contact at all.
So I visit the store. Elizabeth IS working there. So why did they lie to me? Why do I offer a decent budget and then I am lied to, with absolutely

Amazing service! Absolutely made me a happy customer and I'd definitely go back again. I got an appraisal last minute before a trip and Michelle from Affinity made sure it got done with my time restraints.
