Carolyn was incredible from start to finish. We were selling a rental property that needed a lot of work to get to a place where it would be worthwhile to sell. She recommended great contractors, helped us pick out new paint and carpeting colors, and was there for us at every step of the way. She got us a better sale price than we could have ever expected and the sale closed in an unexpectedly short amount of time. Carolyn and Hillary are the absolute best! They made our home selling process so easy, even though we had to put in a lot of money for renovations. She connected us with great contractors and suggested paint colors and carpet for the home. Her customer service and expertise were above and beyond. We sold the home for the amount we asked. Carolyn was extremely available and quick with advice and support. She even handled some last minute garbage pick up for us the day we closed! We cannot recommend her enough. Words cannot describe how amazing Carolyn is. We have used her to buy and sell twice now and she will always be our go to realtor. We chose Carolyn to sell our two-story house when we were moving into a ranch. We had seen her name many times over the years and wanted someone with excellent knowledge of the local area. She didn’t disappoint. She came to our home on a Sunday evening and by the following Sunday we had multiple offers all at or above the asking price (which was well above what we expected to get for our home).
