I went here to get a sticker for my car. It was my first time ever going to this business, I just saw it as I was driving and decided to pull in. I was in and out very quickly and I was very happy. Unfortunately when I got home I realized the man who inspected my car took 20$ out of my center consul and left the 5 one dollar bills that had been next to it. I will not be going back.

I brought my truck in because it had some uneasy shaking. Nothing crazy but it was a concern. They were very thorough inspecting my truck and went the extra mile on ensuring that there were no safety issues. Only charged me for actual labor and the labor price was very fair and affordable. Coincidentally, i just received a coupon yesterday for 20 bucks as a new customer, so , nothing but good things for this establishment so far.

I am from Southern California where I never really had a favorite auto repair place. But I am so happy I found Bjs auto repair. The service, and hospitality is right up my alley. They genuinely care about their customers and are not just looking to make money off you. I am a young women on my own, and often get taken advantage of when going to get my car fixed. Because I have no idea what they're talking about! But that was not the case with Bjs. They communicated very well what all expenses would be. I am driving my car back to California tomorrow and had to bring it in for one last checkup

I ended up paying another mechanic over $500 to get my car "repaired." I took it to BJ's after my situation got worse and he fixed it for $47.
Details:
Took my car there to get an inspection sticker and get my ABS checked out. I was moving out of the city and need my car to commute on a daily basis. Another mechanic changed my back rotors and break pads and told me it was the sensor that was causing the light on my dash to go on.
After using it to commute for about a week, the situation got worse and my breaks started seizing up. I took it to BJ's and it turned out a pump

When I moved to Norwell a few years ago, I was concerned about finding a good local mechanic because I really respected the one I left at my former location. I was referred to BJ's from another Norwell resident and can't say enough about how happy I am. The work has always been reliable, they talk about the assessment before making repairs, and repairing only what is necessary. I never feel I need to second guess or question, which is such a stress relief when it comes to keeping a car running well and knowing nothing about cars!

My car died on Monday......had it towed to Bj's......had it fixed by Tuesday afternoon! The price on the fuel pump installation was not crazy high either. The waiting area was clean and had a nice selection of magazines and Toys (my son gave 5 stars to the toy selection). There was also a candy dish! Bj was really nice and explained all that was done and what to watch out for. What a nice experience getting my car fixed
