Most unprofessional business in Hanover. They made my employee cry and would not let her take our rim and tire back. They had not even ordered a tire that we needed but still charged us $50 for bringing in a tire to see if they could match it. The y would not let her leave with my tired and kept her therte till she paid for a service they didn't provide. Quite criminal if you ask me. Please don't do business with richies auto of Hanover.

Love this shop I have been there a wine harness and I had to get two new tires 9-14-2021 then again 9-16 for a muffler the mechanic did a super great job and problem solved on my 2007 Toyota sienna and oil chance was around $700 for different things very honest and very friendly they won't try to fix something that's not broken and tell you what it is I will recommend this place and I will be back 100%

Amazing service. First time I had work done at this shop- I called Richie in a pinch & he stayed at the shop until 9pm one night just so i could have my car back same day. I’ve been there a couple times since then and have been nothing but extremely happy. Richie is definitely our mechanic from here on out. Couldn’t recommend him enough.

My brakes started making a lot of noise and the person I normally bring my car too said they couldn't fit me in. Richie had me drop it off and was able to fit me in and get them done the same day right before a long holiday weekend. His pricing is very competitive and he was up front, honest, and super nice. I highly recommend Richie.

When the local tire & auto chain wanted to replace my whole exhaust system because of some pipe rust and degraded spring screws, Richie replaced only what was needed saving me over $2000. First time service at Richie's and a total surprise . I went in for a simple oil change and left feeling like I found a new Friend. He didn't try to oversell me or tell me I needed extra work. I thought I might need new wipers he checked and told me no. His honesty got him a new customer. I recommend him if you need service for your auto try Richie's, he cares.
