Joe Rosinski flipped a house in Longmeadow, MA without securing permits for any of the work. He tried to sell a house that was unsafe (inaccessible crawl space, mold in the attic, faulty electricity, faulty plumbing) and much of the work he'd done wasn't up to code. He didn't disclose any of this. Fortunately, we had an incredible inspector, contractor, and realtor who helped us discover the dangers within the house.

I went to an open house and met Heide Blackak who was the listing agent with Benton Real Estate. I fell in love with the house and Heide made it possible for my dream of owning this house come true. At the time I was trying to get my rental property listed and I had many challenges that a prior agent didn't want to deal with. Heide was so genuine and caring and had such a positive attitude I decided to trust her and see what she could do. I had her list my property and within a couple weeks had it sold. She walked me through the entire process since being divorced I had never done it on my own

I disagree with Mr. Peters review of Benton Real Estate and I normally do not write reviews however I used Benton Real Estate to represent me in the purchase of an investment property. I found Benton Real Estate to be extremely knowledgeable, experienced, professional, honest, and extremely efficient during my purchase. I have and will continue to refer my family and friends to Benton Real Estate as they seem to genuinely care about their customers.
