Ten Pharmacy

Been coming here ever since i moved to lb store quality is rapidly decreasing as prices continue to rise... misleding advertisement or poor atention to detail idk i got items from a wall section where they were all
1 dllr. eac as well as obviously the product i chosed...... tho they scan for 1.50 thats is a .50 unintentional spending.. when i brought that to managers atention she imediately mounted her "no" horse rather than seing my perspective and denied any store responsibility to refund me the money for the several items... my brother and my self will not be bringing our bussines here any

I'm a customer who has spent a lot of money in this store. Today I simply told Danny to re-check the pricing on the soap I purchased. And this guy blew up!! He was like "Girl I did not cheat you" He was very emotional!!!! I did not even yell at him. I just said I think you cheated me? And he did. He over charged me and then would not give me a refund. Because the manager was out. Look, this is not personal. I just go to this store for the deals. Show some appreciation. This is the 2nd time I've been over charged at this shop. This is a racist store!

Although it was my friend who has gone to Ten's, what u wanted to share my experience in dealing with both the cashier and owner of Ten's Pharmacy. My friend, Richard, came back from from one his shopping adventure at Ten's and he was very upset. I finally got an answer of why. He had forgotten his backpack which his wallet at Ten's and hadnt realised it till he got home I then asked if called them and he said "WHY?!? Someone's probably ran off with it or something"! Because if previous experience, he had lost a certain amount of faith in humanity but I decided

Amazing people that work there always frindly and professianal the Products are great with an amazing amazing prices that's the place where I go almost every day love shopping over there and I recommend it to anyone and everyone in the area

I like this place, the manager who looks like Ben Afleck and his staff are always super nice, even minutes before closing. Wish they stayed open til 9 or opened earlier!

They consistently are late or they dont automatically refill as requested time and time again. Last time, late again and prescription was left on the ground in the hot sun. Never again ten!

This store is so different than the rest the gentleman by the name of Jonathan was really great had a smile on his face and great customer service.

Owner of pharmacy is professional and definitely cares about his staff giving greater customer service than most private sector ownership...the staff is busy with my order Improvements seen from the opening ceremony to NOW are seen and appreciated...the intouch basis is awesome so my doctor's office can email the refills as needed if arise from visit have changes or need new orders ...the crew grew and i recommend you give them your business opportunities

The best pharmacy I've ever used. The staff is super helpful, especially Sarah. She calls me a few days before my refills are set for. Always asks if I need anything special. My medications are delivered for free, on time each month. Having to rely on medication on a daily basis is difficult. 10 Pharmacy, previously Drug Depot, makes it easier. My Dr sends them my prescriptions & they send me my drugs. Sarah & the rest of the staff are highly capable, professional, knowledgeable, timely, pleasant, helpful, reliable, kind, .... etc etc etc.

Accused of stealing and I have been NOTHNG but a LOYAL customer spending HUNDREDS of dollars in this store! DON'T SHOP HERE!!!!!
