I came in dealing with pain looking to fill a prescription for motrin after getting my tooth pulled. The ladies were not helpful and did not appear interested in assisting me. Don’t know if you guys were having a bad day or if they just hate they’re job. But that experience left a bad taste in my mouth. We need people that care in the medical field. Do better

So happy I was able to get my prescription filled here. I was having many issues with trying to get my prescription filled at CVS and the employees went above and beyond and even called my insurance to make sure I was able to get my prescription.
There was a new staff who assisted me when I went to pick up and she seemed a little confused and forgot to give me all of my prescriptions. But I'm understanding of new employees. Just hope they continue to train this employee and teach her everything since I asked when I got there about my prescriptions but she insisted it was all there. All in

Atlantic Drugs is so efficient and professional. The big pharmacy stores aren't always eager to have your business, so many mistakes are made or you have to wait in a long line. I transferred my prescriptions here and I've always had the correct medications and on time. They're friendly and call or text back promptly. I'll definitely keep supporting this local, family-owned and operated pharmacy.

This pharmacy is fairly easy to see from the street. It's in a plaza called Bixby Center. Big signs you want to look for is Dominoes.

Trust is huge in my book when it comes to my treatment and care with my doctors and my medications. Well Amit and his staff go above and beyond to help and to make sure that all is well. This is the most pathetic excuse for a pharmacy that I've ever had to deal with. They are utterly incompetent. I've been waiting for them to deliver my meds for FIVE DAYS!!! That means that I haven't slept since Friday (this is Wednesday) and they STILL haven't delivered my meds. This is ridiculous!!! I wouldn't recommend this pathetic excuse for a pharmacy to my worst enemy (well okay, maybe Trump). How they've managed to remain in business is a mystery to me.

Atlantic Drugs has been by far the best most professional facility I have come across. This hidden gem is definitely worth your time . They are fast , courteous, friendly, compassionate and affordable.

This is something I have never done. That is review a business or anything else. I have to do it now. This the best pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. They are fast, friendly, and if they say a prescription is going to be in st a certain time or day it will be there. They handle emergency situations like magic. There are multiple other pharmacies close to me and I let them all go I met Amit the owner. This place is a true 5 star business. Try it you will like it.

When the owner/pharmacist calls you back after you got tired of being on hold and hang up you know this pharmacy is special. Prompt service and and smiling faces. And he offers FREE DELIVERY! A real person delivers your medication. And a pharmacist who will work on the prior authorization for the medication not covered on your insurance. Not tell you to follow up with your doctor. I definitely will go back for the prompt service. I believe in supporting the independent pharmacy in my neighborhood.

The owner of this gem in our neighborhood is genuinely concerned about the people he helps. Always cheerful and ready to provide answers to questions . So i haven't actually been inside, but about two months ago my doctor told me i could call them and they would deliver my medicine to me. I called over the phone and spoke with a woman who was very friendly. I thought i would still have to come in to show my insurance card because i was a first time client but she found me over the phone which was a relief. They usually deliver between 4pm-6pm and the deliver guy I have encountered has always been nice. If they can't reach you or find your place they will call you to find you or let you know that they stopped by. Over all i have no complaints

Our family had been going to Columbia for years and got spoiled!. Then we were transferred to a big chain (Walgreens) when they closed. After a while we were so unhappy that we went to Abrams and Clark.... and got much better service from very kind people. Then they closed and sent us to another big chain... CVS. The pharmacist there was rude, unfriendly and unprofessional...plus outrageous wait times to be treated so poorly. Walgreens had been much better, but we tried out Atlantic Drugs. In every way , this is a great little store. Service, price and professionalism. They have it all.

I was a longtime customer at Abrams and Clark, with its closing I took my prescriptions to a large chain store. I truly missed the small town feel of A and C and it's great customer service. Last week while driving up atlantic I noticed a new pharmacy..I walked in and asked if they could synchronize my prescriptions so that I could pick up on same day each time..The technician said that would be no problem and today I received a call from the pharmacist. I gave him all the information needed to transfer the medications and he was so courteous and helpful. Welcome Atlantic drugs to Bixby Knolls

Atlantic Drugs is a fairly new Pharmacy in Bixby Knolls. The owner is very kind not to mention extremely helpful. The location is very clean and they make it very easy to drop off and pick up prescriptions. I recommend this place to anyone in need of a great Pharmacy!
