Stafforce was originally founded in 1998 by a General Contractor who was tired of the substandard help he received from "Day Labor" companies. He envisioned a staffing company with an environment that promoted a stable work force of the highest quality. With that vision in mind, we strive to hand select the best employee for every job and not just send the next person waiting in line.
Our company was founded in 1998, by a General Contractor, who was fed up with the poor quality of help he would receive from typical "day-labor" companies. He envisioned a temporary staffing company that employed mature, responsible, career minded employees and he thought the best way to accomplish that goal was to treat those employees like regular, full time workers.
The Stafforce Team has over 50 years of combined temporary staffing experience. When working with people, there is no system or guidebook that can replace what knowledge and knowhow provides. In this day and age, to be profitable and meet job site requirements, companies are forced to do job costing, complete government forms, meet safety requirements, and fulfill employee screening processes.
In 2014, Stafforce joined forces with Gary Garretson, an expert in the fields of Transportation and Staffing, to provide high quality, temporary CDL Drivers to our clients. Gary is best fit to lead our Truck Driver Division, because he knows truck driving. He, himself, drove tractor trailers for 14 years and, then, worked as a transportation manager for another 4 years.
