I applied for a marketing position. William sent me an email with four assessments (all the same). He called me. I missed the call because I was in another interview. I called him back as soon as possible. He was extremely rude. He questioned me why I did not answer his call from earlier, proceeded to ask if he could call back and never did (going… on an hour). Double standards? Not saying this is a completely bad company but if you do a google search, you will see more bad reviews. Look at who the five stars came from on here...employees that work for Capital. You make the decision before
