Customer service is on spot. I had the gentlemen do a gel pedi for me and he was very kind and kept asking if things were good, the water temp, the chair, the color. My friend had his sister and she was just as nice. Luckily he had asked me if I liked the color once it was on because it was a lot brighter than I expected, so he willingly changed it. He offered tea to us and had friendly conversation.
They were great, only thing I didn't like was the shape of my actual nail. I should have asked them to do a round square file, maybe he wouldn't have missed the corners.. see pic. I can

I am always 100% completely satisfied when I leave here they're also friendly and kind caring and wonderful people I feel at peace and comfortable when I am sitting in the chairs either getting my nails done or a pedicure I recommend those place Over and over again they take good care of you and take pride in their work this is my nail place

I went to this nail shop 3x since I move on this side of town. I consistently went to Tip Top nails for 2 years every two weeks to get my nails done.
When I arrived here the owner or manager informed me I had an appointment 1hr early after calling and changing the day before. The miscommunication did not bother me as I was still willing to get seen as WALK-INS ARE WELCOME. There for 4 nail techs working. 1 was not busy the other was just finishing. OKAY COOL. I got time! I found this salon after my normal nail salon was booked. I'm so glad I did! I love so many things about it. I love that they're located in a business center and not in a grocery store parking lot. It makes the salon feel a lot more upscale. You will be greeted by the sweetest people. I was welcomed so warmly and asked often if I needed anything. They are following COVID safety precautions and asked that I wash my hands which I really liked. I felt safe knowing everyone was required to. I asked for a French tip which always makes me nervous. What can I say I love this place! Q is great! I love coming to get my nails and pedicure done. I feel so good. They always offer me a drink and I get to just relax. My polish always stays so good. They also follow social distancing so it felt very safe. I was asked to wash my hands as I came in. I can't wait to come back soon

I called ahead of time to make an appointment and upon arrival, Q and the staff had everything ready to go. They offered beverages and they were very friendly.
I recommend this salon. It's very clean and great customer service. Q is super friendly and welcoming.

Booked an appointment about a week in advance. Customer service is great and when I arrived (with a mask on) the receptionist prompted me to wash my hands with hot water and spray alcohol on them afterwards. They had small, white, clean towels available to dry off and then I was seated and helped right away. Both ladies there were SO friendly and had great customer service. Top pic is what I wanted. Bottom is what I left with. Nail tech did a great job and kept her station EXTREMELY clean. Will be back when I'm on town next!

LOVE MY GEL MANICURE done by Sarah!! She was super friendly, gentle, and made sure I left satisfied with my nails. This place is super welcoming very clean and quick . I am originally from LA moving to Nevada this month and this will be my new nail place! They accommodate you very well 11/10! You won't be disappointed
