Our mission is ''Yoga Anywhere to Unroll More Mats Everywhere'' enables us to create a healthy environment to grow our community, promoting inner healing, better health, and overall wellness. Introduced to yoga in 2007, Libby Campo came to the belief that everyone can benefit from the powers of yoga on and off their mats.
Her personal practice evolved over the years such that now it has become a daily ritual of mindfulness and kindness that permeates both her personal and professional lives. In 2012, Campo studied yoga at the University of Memphis under Pat Fielder and became a certified yoga teacher, studying under Amy Morse in 2015.

Coming to Your Inner Yogi was my first time going to an actual yoga studio. I’m a beginner and practice mostly with YouTube. I was nervous about being the one who stuck out like a sore thumb. However, it was perfect. It was laid back and relaxing. I was able to pace myself and learn new poses and formations. I will definitely be returning.

I’m a cast member of the touring production of the Book of Mormon, and I was here with some of my fellow cast members. I think we all agree that this is a GORGEOUS, spacious space! The teachers, specifically Libby and Lee, are really nice and have a sweet, nurturing energy about them. They give great massages with some nice smelling essential oils at the end of class during savashana! Libby, the owner, is so kind and welcoming. The other yogis I practiced with are very focused in class and super friendly after class, so it was really great practicing with them. It’s a good community with which

I needed a new yoga studio to go to in Memphis and discovered Your Inner Yogi. I love the studio, the owner (Libby), diversity of classes, and the instructors. The website is very easy to navigate to find all the info that I needed before I went to my first class. They have a great deal on introductory classes if you're a new student to give you the chance to try different classes. The environment is always so welcoming that I feel like part of the family. It was very easy to find because they have a sign out on the sidewalk that you can't miss. My yoga practice has gotten stronger since

I cannot speak to the caliber of their classes because their management and location are so poorly managed.
I tried to sign up online, 3-4 times, site didn't work. Called twice, finally got a call back. The person I spoke to could not/would not take my info over the phone and told me to come ten minutes early to class.
I would have been twenty minutes early for the class I wanted to take, except TEN N. Second St. in downtown Memphis is a tattoo parlor. Locked gates. I drove round and round and finally found the studio front between104 and 107 N. Second St.
I parked, was five minutes

This is a great yoga studio. Though my schedule has allowed me to work with only three of the teachers So far I have loved it and found each one to be different and experienced. It is energizing, invigorating, calming, transformative-everything you want from a yoga experience. Your Inner Yogi is open seven days a week so you can always find a class that fits your lifestyle. They have different types so you can find one for your skill level. I love it! Thanks to Libby Campo for bringing Your Inner Yogi to downtown Memphis.

Kandace is an incredible teacher! Today I visited the space for Hip Hop Yoga and was so impressed by its simplicity, openness, and natural light. Libby, the owner, has been such a gracious and kind presence in my life since day one. It's so beautiful to see this community thriving and full classes! I will definitely be back.

First off, there is no better way to start my Tuesdays and Thursdays than 5:45 am yoga with Bridget. In addition to that, every instructor that I've encountered regardless of the class makes you feel welcome and comfortable no matter how little yoga experience you've had in the past. I've tried out several yoga studios having lived in different parts of the city, and I can honestly say this is the first one that feels like home.

This is an awesome yoga studio. The facilitators are masterful at creating a judgement-free atmosphere and helping the participants to focus their attention inward. I have experienced the meditation class, beginners yoga, and the more intense yoga practice, and highly reccomend them all. Hope to see you there!

I've taken a lot of Yoga classes from multiple instructors, but this was unique for various reasons. At the beginning of class there was a guided meditation reading to help us transition into a place of connectedness with oneself. The instructor presents a good balance of correction while allowing students to reach a place of comfort within themselves. At the end of class we each received a brief individual neck massage!

Love this class. I am a yoga nubie however I don't feel odd in class as the instructor(s) give great guidance direction and encouragement. If you ever wanted to try yoga but were afraid this is the place for you, such a warm and welcoming environment. I just wish my schedule wasn't so busy and could be there consistently twice a week. I feel rejuvenated and refreshed afterwards, a burst of energy.
