Michelle at Crosswinds is AMAZING. My situation was, well, you could call it an emergency, and she made me her top priority. The experience of changing insurance companies is a stressful one, but she made it the opposite. I actually ENJOYED the process. I want to do it again! Not really, but that's how great Michelle was. We've had the pleasure of interacting with Renado, the owner (which you don't get too often nowadays) when obtaining our commercial insurance. Professional, personable and pain-less process. He was so patient with us and helped us even get a lower quote.
