Daniela is the best Agent you can ask for. She was highly recommended to me by a family member and man she did not disappoint. I was previously with another agent who's employees were totally lazy and incompetent. On numerous occasions I was given bad information and over charged on my premium for almost 2 years. Within a few days of switching to Daniela's office, she got me extra perks and coverages while STILL saving me money on my premium. Just an outstanding agent. Amazing work.

I do not recommend this location at 5811 Fairview Rd. with Daniela Hernandez. Daniela is not as professional as she looks. She messed up two times on my insurance policies. First I tried getting insurance for my house, but she put the wrong address after I made it clear what my address was. She also made a mistake for my business by putting the wrong name despite me clearly stating my business. I ended up paying for no insurance. I felt like I got scam twice and could not tolerate it any longer, therefore I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Working with the staff of this office. Everyone I have spoken with have been extremely helpful. All of the questions from a car policy to life insurance for My family were answered. Literally within minutes, I had quotes emailed to me, and received follow-up calls to discuss any concerns. I had an extremely negative experience with a different insurance company, but I have been very happy with State Farm.
