Worst service I've ever experienced. They had a tech come out and he walked off the job. Said he had other jobs to go to and couldn't finish. Left the lock hanging from the door...I had to call them to get another tech out and they never sent anyone and no one called me!! I can't believe they run a business like this. Extremely unprofessional. Lock smith didn't seem to know what he was doing either. Finally found another tech with a different company and he was shocked at the work their tech even did! Avoid!!!!! They're obviously running a sleezy business and sending random

I want to clarify in this review. I called Primary Locksmith. I seemed to be routed to a call center. They took my info and said I would get a call back. Red Rocks Locks called me back.
The person contacting me from Primary Locksmith has asked me to remove this review however he could not explain why when I called their number, I was eventually connected with Red Rocks. I want to leave this up so others are aware this happened.

Wow. Wonderful. Reuben was a tad late but that was expected ( and he called ahead ), as he had a long drive and the traffic is always brutal. He was courteous, cheerful and very efficient! Rekeyed all my doors and put new door knobs and deadbolts on two of them. I have security screen doors as well as regular, plus an extra door, so there was a lot to do. He was quick and left no mess for me to clean up ( which has happened with others in the past. I would give him ten stars if you had them. Thanks !!! :)

I had 2 locks rekeyed, front door and storage room. The technician was friendly and did his work quickly but he was 45 minutes late to our appointment. He didn't even call me in advanced to let me know he was late. I waited 10 minutes after the appointed time then called Primary Locksmith to check the status of the technician meeting me and that's how I learned he was running late.
The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5 is because the price I was quoted on Yelp Messenger and over the phone ($20-55 per lock) was different than than the price the technician attempted

So this is really crazy...I am still moving...and so one more time, I locked myself out of the apartment, keys inside along with my phone. Luckily I remembered who I called and was able to use a phone to call Primary again...exactly a week from the last time I called.
Johnny showed up again...this time it took a little longer, I didn't care...once he arrived I was in the apartment in less than 10 mins. I have to say...I might need a frequent customer card...no I don't want to speak that into the universe!
But they saved me, yet again!
