We offer all of our prospective clients a free Home Inspection*. One of our licensed Inspectors will fully inspect your home and make recommendations based on his findings. KILGUARD is a system/process designed to control both types of Termite infestations common to California, Drywood Termites and the subterranean termite species.

Got estimates for termite control and wood repair. The inspector was very thorough and knowledgeable. I was happy to get both services through same company even though I got lower price quotes from another companies. When I called and set up both appointments, I was told the inspector no longer work for the company, but I was reassured that nothing will change. So I gave them credit card information and set up both services. After termite control, I was then told by the new inspector that the price for wood repair is now over $6000, triple of what I was quoted. I was so shocked, I asked to speak

Best service ever by a technician named Dillan! Very professional! Dillan spent at least 3 hours at my large property and home fully addressing all of my concerns from spiders, ants, cockroach’s, crickets to even bees, mosquitoes and rodents!
Dillan was so amazingly knowledgeable in every aspect of all the “critters” we have encountered on our property.
Dillan worked every second while here cleaning up messes from “old webs to old hornets nests, then sprayed every nook and cranny as I watched.
He informed me all about the “why and when” critters were the worst and how to manage that

We had booked for an inspection and got a confirmation time. We had to clear our day to wait 2 hours for NOTHING.
I even called just before the appointment time to confirm and they said they were gonna let the person assigned know.
Appointment windows has passed, called the costumer service and all she said is I don’t know what happened. Could not get in touch with the guy. What a waste of OUR TIME!
