Stay away!!! We had our house serviced a few times over the course of two months. The technician that came out was extremely inexperienced in what he was doing. I don't say this because I know what he should be doing but because he told me himself that he had no idea what he was doing. I don't blame him for that, but how about some training for your staff??
On his last visit, he removed the traps that had been set out, but also dropped all of the bait in the walkway in our backyard. I noticed it after he left. I was furious! I have a dog that could've potentially eaten the bait and

Horrible company. They came out to do an extermination service on our garage. They without telling us disabled our garage door. That was September on 2020. They left a card saying sorry we disabled it please call and we will fix it. We have called 7-8 times it is now January 2021 and still no one has come out. From what I have heard we are not the only ones. Has anyone else experienced this? Do not use this company!!!

I had my patio destroyed by termites and it was completely falling. Rodger came out to do a free inspection and I received the report the same day. I had a few quotes from a few different companies and I went with associated because they answered me faster with a reasonable price. I had my patio re-built and painted and they did a fantastic job!!! They also threw in a free pest spray for spiders or little critters. I was very impressed by this company's customer service and the amazing work they do. Highly recommend!!!

I know these guys they are wonderful he's doing a pre-purchased termite inspection for me and amazing you know he goes through the house make sure that everything is just perfect he doesn't want anything to come back in a week or a month later and there's a termite so he really takes good care of you as prices are extremely reasonable and does a great report and everything is exactly what the loan officers want to see
