My work van broke down this morning on a way to a job. I called at 6:45am (spoke with Eddie) and was quoted no more than a 45 min wait for the truck. 8:00am rolls by and still no truck. I called to check in they said he should be another 10-15 more min. 8:30am I called yet again to check in; it's going to be another 20 min they said. Still no truck at this point. I called again at 9:00am and with the driver on the line they said his GPS said he was 8 minutes out. The driver finally arrived over 2 hours later. By the time t driver loaded my van and we got back to my house a total time of 3

We locked the keys in the car and Rick was able to come out and help us right away he was nice, personable and friendly. He unlocked our door within minutes! So thankful for his quick response and great service! Couldn't have asked for better service! Thank you, Rick and BN Pasadena Towing!!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality
I never thought I'd write a positive review for a towing company but Val was the consummate professional - prompt, proficient, enthusiastic and seemed like a genuinely good guy. I needed my car jump started and a battery replacement and Val made it all happen in short order.

I was having such a rough morning and it was early too, around 7:30 AM , my brakes were acting up and so I called AAA, they sent a tow truck from BN Pasadena Towing and they were such nice people. The tow man was very nice and made me feel a lot better, they gave me a free brake checking because I have AAA and they had my car fixed and ready to go within an hour, they were so genuine and had snacks coffee and water in the waiting room. Reliable, knowledgeable and friendly I would recommend to anyone with any car issues.

I called their office for a quote and gave all my necessary details. Driver comes over and AFTER my vehicle was all loaded up informs me that the price is now DOUBLE what I had got quoted for. Driver managed to get my vehicle to workshop safely but that is extremely shady and unethical business practice.

Despite the rain, Rick came out in a timely manner to come rescue me. What impressed me the most about him was that he made sure to call me multiple times beforehand to make sure that he would be able to get to me accurately and as quickly as possible. Despite this stressful event, he helped make my tow home a smooth and safe one. Thank you BN Pasadena Towing for keeping awesome guys and customer service.

They have HIDDEN FEES!!!
Have use about 10+ towing companies in my life. Never in my life have I had to pay a passenger fee.
Flat bed to tow a car for about 3 miles within Pasadena!!!
$120 towing
$68 roadside assistance... for what towing the car isn't that part of the $120 fee already? Again have use other companies and it a flat fee to tow that include the labor of mounting the car plus miles. never for same type of service have I had to pay "roadside assistance" u
