Been out fuel for four hours now, simple fuel delivery that I was told would take 60-90 minutes and I've been sitting here three and a half hours in 109 degree heat with no air conditioning. Every time I call jason tell me 15 more minutes and makes up an excuse as to why the tech isn't here. Absolutely phucking ridiculous!

Paid nearly $500 for basically them driving out to my location only to tell me they cannot fix my semi because of where I broke down. I Stayed broke down till the following day I paid another mechanic about 200 & problem fixed Regardless of the location I broke down. Sometimes bigger companies are not always better.

My driver had a brake chamber let go on the 210. Quick response from dispatch and their shop tech Pablo had the parts on the truck. Once he arrived Pablo with moments had us up and rolling My Company Western Specialized Inc operates 40 trucks weekly to California and are very glad to have discovered Road King Diesel for our road side maintenance

I spoke with Mario on he phone and he quoted me an unbeatable price. Called the first company and cancelled my tow with them. Wait time was supposed to be 60 minutes, however 20
Minutes later the tow truck driver Aldo showed up and took care ofMe. Super nice and extremely knowledgable.

Used Road King Diesel as a sub for one of our customers. After calling multiply subs, they we're there to help! Staff is very professional and nice! I worked with Lou, Mario, and the tech was Larry. They had a reasonable ETA and were prompt with finding the issue! I would definitely use them again for future breakdowns in the Nor Cal area.

Wow, Road King's guy Eric was a total rock star for us here in the Bay Area. We had an electrical issue with our truck / art car not starting. He called me right away once he had the ping to help us, called me back to clarify, handled our texted images of equipment promptly and arrived quickly to help when no one else was either able or interested in doing so. TOTALLY saved our hides, AND he was super friendly and positive. There were 55 people counting on him to deliver, and he made it happen. THANK YOU, Road King!

These guys were amazing, they were very honest, prompted and really saved us. Mario, the dispatch and point of contact was very knowledgable, straight forward, and gave us really amazing information even before we asked for their service. Jose was the road technician that came to service my converted diesel school bus that AAA refused to touch. They were very honest and straight forward, they did not try to up-sell us or over charge us, and once they arrived my vehicle was up and running in no time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to service commercial or oversize vehicles

Our truck broke down while on rental. Driver didn't call us. They used this company. Long story short. Grossly over Charged our client and took advantage of their inexperience. They charged $1700 for a tow which would be about $400-$600. And now won't returns calls to help resolve a matter which involves students off all things. Do yourself a favor & Call another tow company.
