Eastern Floral was so easy to work with and truly listened to my ideas. We looked at Pinterest boards and they knew exactly what I was looking for with our wedding flowers. Sent an arrangement to my wife at Cornerstone University today. She called me saying that they were absolutely gorgeous and so fresh and smelling wonderful and all the co-workers were extremely jealous.
The lady that I worked with on the phone was extremely cordial, courteous, and knowledgeable, and worked with me the whole entire way getting this setup as a surprise.
The delivery driver was extremely nice and cordial to the other workers and very polite.

I just left from their holiday open house. It was my first time in, I am wowed! The staff was so engaging, helpful and gave phenomenal service!!! My browsing and shopping experience was premier. Even though I spent $6, I was treated the same as someone who would've spent 6 thousand. They had catered treats, create-an-ornament workshop, and raffle drawings. Thank you Eastern Floral for a lovely event!

Rachel designed my wedding bouquet and did all the florals for my wedding and everything turned out beautifully! My bouquet was better than I could have imagined! I’ve been going to Eastern Floral for about 4 years now and have spent a coupe thousand there, I have never had an issue with their flowers until this past weekend for my COVID wedding reception. Last year for my actual wedding ceremony, they were perfect! I worked with Molly who answered all my questions, was super responsive and willing to let me come early the day of to pick up my flowers. My bouquet was beautiful and exactly what I wanted (see first pic). This year, Molly left the business so I worked with Rachel. She was not as responsive as I had hoped, when the invoice was finally sent

Molly from Eastern floral was amazing! She was supportive and helpful when we had to change our plans from a large wedding, to a intimate ceremony due to covid. She also did a fantastic job capturing the look I was going for in all of my flowers. Everything was delivered and set up on time, and exceeded expectations. I placed an order online for a violet plant to be delivered to my friends mom who is in the hospital, however, despite their best efforts (due to lack of communication and disorganization on the hospitals end) the plant never made it to her room. I called Eastern Floral and spoke to several wonderful women, as did my friend, and they were able to deliver a new plant today. It was beautiful and exactly as advertised! My mom is a florist and I know how tough this industry can be, so I commend them on their amazing service and product -- thank you!

Molly at Eastern Floral gave my wedding visions life. There is no other way to describe it. My husband and I live in San Francisco, got married in South Haven, MI and all I wanted was to bring the California, bohemian vibe to the mid west and she NAILED it. I truly felt spoiled!!! Our ceremony piece was such a highlight that everyone stood in line to take photos. And my bouquet?!? I think it weighed 10 pounds and was the most gorgeous thing ever!! THANK YOU, thank you!!!

Eastern Floral was really nice to work with..Like previous reviewers, I too am ordering from out of state..I called not knowing what I wanted and knowing nothing about flower names, outside of roses :) The girl on the phone was very helpful and patient. I described what I had in mind and she wrote everything down and had suggestions. After all the details were worked out I asked that a picture of the arrangement be texted to me before it was delivered. A few hours later I received a nice text and a picture of the flowers. Called yesterday to order a succulent arrangement for a friend who is local (I live in Chicago). They were friendly, helpful, and so accommodating, as I wanted to change out the planter for the arrangement. I was a bit indecisive on the color of the planter, but gave some direction. Not only did it turn out perfectly, but was delivered this morning and is everything I hoped it would be. Great pricing as well. Would highly recommend.

My boyfriend ordered me flowers from Eastern Floral on Broadmoor for my birthday. They arrived at my place of work and were beautiful. He admitted that he had forgotten to order them until the day of, February 11. They managed a same-day delivery (for a fee) even in the days leading up to Valentine's Day. I change the water every couple of days and have picked off the dried up buds and stems. Today, 19 days after they were delivered, I rearranged the remaining stems in a smaller vase. I can't believe they've lasted this long! I would definitely recommend Eastern Floral for high-quality
