I cannot thank the awesome staff at Ball Park Floral & Gifts enough. The funeral director in charge of a dearly loved family member forgot to order the casket spray. Not only did Ball Park rush the order so that it was in place before the first visitation, but it was absolutely beautiful. Your kindness, professionalism, and dedication to your business went above and beyond - and meant so much to us.

We used Ball Park Floral for our wedding a few weeks ago. The process was great! I met with them one on one twice to go over details and vision. I felt like they genuinely understood what I was looking for in design for our wedding. The quality of the flowers was great and I loved my bouquet so much. Jennifer, the owner, was so polite and even dropped off the flowers herself. She even made a special arrangement for my dog--a floral wreath around her neck. Ball Park knows what they're doing, and I'm grateful for their expertise on my wedding day.

Was across the street picking up a gluten free treat for my Valentine last week and thought I would check out this shop. So glad I did! What a great place - product was amazing and staff was so genuine and helpful. The flowers are lasting so much longer than we are use to with new blooms still happening. My new favorite shop.

I called requesting a bridal bouquet to be picked up in one hour and they totally came through for me! I gave a description of what I was looking for and it was absolutely perfect. I worked with Jennifer for the flowers for my wedding. She provided excellent customer service. Our wedding was in Meijer gardens and we needed flowers for an arbor and a welcome sign. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. When picture circulated on Facebook, every one commented on how beautiful they were. The flowers lasted over a week. Ball Park came and place the flowers on the arch and brought the sign with the flowers. They were there early and spent quite a bite of time as the arch was somewhat challenging. Amazing flowers, Excellent Service.
