Bay Area Child Care Centers (BACC) is a nonprofit organization that provides high quality before and after school care for school-age children, as well as full-time preschool and summer enrichment programming. We have operated on Fremont Unified School District elementary school sites since 1992.
We offer before and after school care at five elementary school sites in Fremont (Gomes, Millard, Azevada, Oliveira, and Brier Elementary/Glankler School) and preschool programming at two of our sites (Brier Elementary/Glankler School and Millard Elementary).Through our programs we aim to promote the physical, intellectual, and social-emotional development of each child we serve.

Services
Our program is designed to assist your child during distance learning and support their school curriculum. The daily schedule includes blocks of time for your child to access remote learning, as well as to complete homework. Teachers will work with families individually to ensure distance learning goals are tailored to their child's needs.

Our preschool teaching philosophy is founded on research-based early childhood literature. BACC follows the California State Standards through the Preschool Learning Foundation guidelines and the Creative Curriculum for Preschoolers. Our framework focuses on children's physical development and health; social-emotional development; language development; cognitive development; and perceptual and motor development.
Thanks for your interest in Bay Area Child Care! To register, please reach out to the BACC site at your child's school to get a registration packet from the Site Supervisor. Our program is open during school holidays (except legal holidays) at one of our five BACC locations for an additional fee. No, unfortunately the Millard preschool site is offered during the school year (September - early June).
