We would like to take the opportunity to acknowledge your hard work and dedication in helping my set of twin girls. Although there has only been a short six months attending your After School Program, we see tremendous improvements on their reading skills and vocabulary development.
We remember that they can't even read or spell simple single words before to accelerate in stories reading, compose simple sentences and sentences dictation on their own.These are huge academic accomplishment for such a short period time that we didi not expect to happen. Flora Young's teaching skills enhance her creative use of curriculum. Our four year old classroom is culturally diverse with several children who entered as non-English speaking, but have learned English and have developed effective speaking skills through the use of an effective curriculum. She has a complete knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices or stages of learning.
I hope you are all well. I would like to share my own testimony to you all real quick. I am very excited that my son Jaden Wu will be awarded as an honored student this morning in kindergarten. When we first moved to the area back in 2018, I heard good things about Miss Flora Child Care, but did not get the luck to get enrolled because the waitlist was too long. Last year, I was happy to find out that they are available spots! Now we've been here over 1 year, and we love Ms. Flora and her child care and would definitely recommend it to friends.

We placed our two kids at Miss Flora Childcare with much hope and anticipation. We are pleased to say it is as good as advertised. The kids improved quickly and blossomed into little scholars. They are now comfortable with reading books and exploring new knowledge on their own. The standard that Miss Flora set seemed high in the beginning but within a couple of months, the kids are able to nicely adapt to the instructions. We recommend Miss Flora Child Care wholeheartedly.

So I read the reviews and was delighted to enroll my child, however I was not allowed to go and tour the day care with my child. She asked me to come with my husband but not the child. Well if I have a place to leave my child while going out why would I be seeking day care services?? The reason was that my 1 year old may be noisy and disturb the activity time of the other kids there!!! Now, now isn't that where they should use their child management skills?? My son is well-prepared to kindergarten after he attended to Ms. Flora Childcare for 3 years. Teachers in the childcare is very responsible and care about the development of the kids in academic, dependence and behavior. My daughter attended Miss Flora's preschool program for 2 years and now she is in first grade. And my son just starts the second years in September. Beside building a strong academic foundation, developing other importance aspects of a child are also being emphasized in Ms. Flora's preschool teaching belief and curriculum - character sharpening, behavioral correction, and discipline. Miss Flora has been one of the most dedicated teacher that I have ever met. She has the talent, passion and heart for teaching and nurturing the children in her child care. My son was blessed to enroll in Ms Flora Preschool for 8 months before getting into Kindergarden.
He was very well prepared and confident in his Kindergarden first year and we are very blessed and thankful to have Ms Flora as my boy's Preschool Teacher.
I'd call her the best Pre-school in Bay Area as my boy could read worksheet instructions, finish his homework by himself, do basic math ahead of kinder math curriculum, and read as good as 1st grader.
He enjoyed his preschool so much, made good friends, and had smile on his face everyday we pick-up. We had peace of mind going to work

We strongly recommend Miss Flora Child Care to parents who want their child to have strong academic background, have self-confidence and have own initiative to study regularly. Miss Flora treats our son as her own so we are worry-free since both of us are busy working parents. We like it most is our son loves to go to school.

Our son started preschool at age 3 at Miss Flora Child Care. It was recommended by our friend. During our first visit, we were surprised to see the kids can do the performance in front of guest so well, sing songs, poem recital and self-introduction. I would like to see my son can be so open and confident since he is such a shy kid.
