Cyn's Play Place

We just moved to Gwinnett county been looking for somewhere for our kids for months. This place is incomparable to other establishments we visited where you can tell they’re all about heads and money. The place is bright and attractive. The moment you walk in you feel a sense of unexplainable relief. Like your kids belong there. The teachers welcome you and your kids as if they’ve known you for years. We love the effort the staff gives towards making sure our kids are ready for school. This place is the epitome of educational environment. They learn something new and gain more independence

Wife and I appreciate that the teachers teach them a lot of things to get them ready for “big kids” school. Our kid is damn near gonna be advance by the time they 5.

I signed up for services(paid registration fee)in November 2021 but still have not received a babysitter as of yet. Owner told me that she had babysitter's on standby(on call babysitting services) but obviously this is not true.( I have only talked to one) The babysitter that I talked to had a car accident and I told the owner let handle her accident. I was thinking she had other babysitters but I have not heard anything from the owner since last month(Dec 2021).

We LOVE this center! From the moment we walked in we knew our child belonged here. You walk in and feel immediately at home. The facility gives a warm inviting mood for kids making it hard for them to leave after the tour. We enjoyed our conversation with Ms. Cynthia who did not hold back on answering all of our questions and details on the program. Our child will be introduced to so much and we are beyond excited that this place is next door. The one on one he will receive here is exactly what we have been looking for in preparing him for kindergarten.

This company has exceeded all of my expectations when it comes to childcare services and customer service. Im a full Time stay at home mother of 4. This company has been perfect for those days when I just need a break and when my husband and I want to step out for the evening. The staff treats you with such a high level of attention and respect unlike some places I've dealt with whom have made my family feel like a burden. Thank you Cynthia for crafting an organization that actually holds up to its standards. I pray your efforts continue to bring many more blessings.

I'll start with the good. I thank Cyn's Play Place for helping me to locate a wonderful nanny, that is all. When my nanny was hired the day following Labor Day of 2020, we opted to use the company's invoicing system - meaning we would pay them and they were supposed to in-turn pay our nanny. Unfortunately, there is something wrong with their accounting and/or their invoicing system and so we were robbed of money that was to be paid to our nanny. Cynthia, the owner attempted to be responsive in the beginning of our conversations and she then paid some of the money due, but left a balance of $400

My daughter and I just moved to Texas where I’ve had the worst experiences with babysitters so far. I came across Cyn’s Play Place on Facebook and decided to check them out for time’s sake I needed to desperately find someone responsible with my 6 years old. Found out they serviced my area and gave them a call. I called about 10 different daycares and independently owned babysitting agencies prior but this one stood out the most. The manager I spoke with was great to talk to. I explained what I needed emphasizing my need for a babysitter who dealt with special needs as my daughter is on the
